I spoke with Karen Haydon, Boston USCIS General Sub-Director. She received orders from Washington to process all the cases till SEP06 and they`re working 7 days a week to get the job done. The interviews are starting now at 7am instead 9 am. That is 17000 cases pending with FBI and others agencies for NC and she can`t do anything about this cases.
Note: This good news are for everybody that are waiting for GC since last legalization law of 30APR01 (245-i).

Just one question.. Is this date (sep 2006) only for Boston office or for all the offices?
Good news indeed but as Gala1905 was asking, did she mention if that goes only for Boston or all the local offices?
Also, whoever knows anything about this answer we got back today, it would be mostly appreciated...We just got an answer from Philly about an inquiry we made in March 2 about our cases. Apparently, we are "pending decisions"! By saying that do they mean they will assign finally a visa number or they will need more information? Anybody got something similar from CIS?
