My GC journey was long. Here is brief info about it. I was following some LUDs lately and Noticed one thing that on
7/30/2007 I got LUD on my EB3 I-140 application.
And 8/5/2007 got LUD on new EB2 I-140 Application.


GC 1:
Filed with Company A.
LC Filed AUG 2001
Left Company: FEB 2002

GC 2:

Company B.
LC filed : AUG 2002 (EB3)
Transfer to Backlog: JAN 2006 ( 45 day letter)
Note: Left Company in APR 2006 for Approved labor. and better assignment(EB3).

GC 3:
Company C:

PD: DEC 2003 ( EB3 LC Subs) . Substitution done on APR 2006. ( INDIA)
I-140 Approved (JUNE 2006) (EB3)
I-485 : First week of JUNE ( PD Date Retention from EB3 Labor)
Note: Under EB2 Category. (New PERM Labor approved before).

FP Done: 07/05/07 (spouse and me)
EAD: First week AUG 2007(spouse and me)

7/30/2007 I got LUD on my EB3 I-140 application.
And 8/5/2007 got LUD on new EB2 I-140 Application.

I-485 Approval: welcome notice- 08/09/2007 (I checked on 8/10/2007)
Notice Received: 08/13/2007:)

For those with Pending GC, IF I could get GC then you would get it soon too. I would say, who filed in early JUNE 2007 would see approvals soon.

hi i am new to this forum.congrats nilesh patel.
mine is same case.
i have one doubt.at what stage you captured eb3 pd to eb2.at 485 or at 140.i also applied in june .my fp done but i am not sure whether they ported it or not.how can we know whether they ported my eb3 2003 pd to eb2.my recapture process made at 485 stage.please clarify

EB2 India - June 2007 Filers - We are back in business!!

With the September 2007 VB bringing back the PD for EB2 India back to June 2007 VB date, all those who filed in June 2007 as well as those who missed to file in June and before August 17, 2007 should be able to do so till 28th September 2007.

Hooray!! We all are back in business. Let us keep ourselves posted on the progress our cases will make in the next couple of months.

updating case details

My lawyer received notices for I-485, EAD, and AP today for myself and spouse.
No FP notices yet.
Also noticed that for my EAD application, there is an LUD showing 'Card Production Ordered'.
More details in the signature below.
 
one quick question on Receipts

Would any of you be kind enough to tell me whether the Priority Date field in he Receipt has anything in it.
I noticed that on my receipts, the PD is left blank, and was wondering whether this is normal.

No PD in the Receipt Notice

The PD box in the 'Receipt Notice' for my I-485/I-131/I-765 was blank. However, the A# mentioned in those 'Receipt Notices' matches with the A# mentioned in my I-140 approval and my I-140 approval notice has my PD. Hope this info helps.

And of-course 'Congratulations!!' on the 'Card Production Ordered' update on your EAD. You should have the EAD card before August 24, 2007.

Your info does help.
Based on your suggestion, I also checked the same thing and the A# on I-140 matches the A# on AOS application, and that the I-140 shows PD.

I-485 LUD 08/16/07. I think it's updated for our FP on 08/15/07
But no changes so far in my I 765 LUD or no information. My family got their EAD Cards physically.
 
Spouse's EAD Card Production Ordered 8/16

Just received an update on spouse's EAD on 8/16, 'Card Production Ordered'.
Still waiting on FP notices.
 
Yesteraday we got card (GC) for my wife, but with wrong date of birth. It is my date of birth written on her card. I am still waiting for mine.

Can we take info pass appointment to get at least stamp on our passport?
 
Finger print done yesterday

Hello, My wife and I finished our finger print yesterday Aug 16th 07 and I do see LUD change on my 485 today Aug 17-07. It seems like TSC goes faster than NSC. I am not moaning. Anyone who gets their GC approved is good news. After all we all have been waiting for that. Mine is under NSC.

FP notice got on: 08-09-07 and scheduled for Aug-16-07.
Finished FP yesterday and see an LUD on 485 for both me and my wife.
No changes on my EAD or AP yet.

I-485/I-131/I-765 -- Applied on 26-JUN-2007
I-485/I-131/I-765 -- Notice data on 30-JUL-2007
I-485/I-131/I-765 -- Received the receipts on 08-AUG-2007
I-485 -- FP notice for me and my wife was received on 16-AUG-2007.
FP Appointment is scheduled on 24-AUG-2007
I-765 -- Card mailed on 13-AUG-2007 and received the card on 15-AUG-2007

Last night I checked the online status of my I-131 but didn't see any change. This morning, I saw a LUD as well an e-mail that indicated my AP or I-131 has been approved and 'Approval Notice' sent on August 17, 2007.
