Does it mean that her case is gonna be approved soon?

i havent received any rfe notice from uscis yet
do they send email or does the online status say rfe issued ( in my lud message was not changed)
what does this mean
merovingian said:As from my experience, NSC is pretty good on updating the messages. My LUD changed on 3/24/06 with message that RFE issued. 4/3/06 LUD change and message that Response recieved. LUD without message could mean many things, like case was checked out by officer who will make decision or something like that.
Cross your fingers...

Thanks in advance for your response.
