EB2 approvals/LUD changes/RFE from March 1st 2006 - PD current

As long as you have an AP, you should be fine even if your I-485 gets approved while you are out side of country. AP is for that purpose only.
 
Any idea on the process, would I have to do some extra steps

as, Do I enter as parolee or PR

This thread is very quiet. We can assume nothing happened as we expected. I am too disappointed and we are at the end of the month and no change happened with my case after PD become current. My NC is also cleared and dont know what to do other than sit with patience(in turn anger).

Got a lud on my wife's 485 application

My wife got a lud on her 485 application yesterday (her PD is same as mine). Our PD became current on March 1st.

Does it mean that her case is gonna be approved soon?

I was happy when I saw LUD on my case on March 10th. But nothing happened since then. The only thing happened is, this made me check my status more often. I am eageryly waiting on the message change.

what does this lud mean

see my signature

i havent received any rfe notice from uscis yet

do they send email or does the online status say rfe issued ( in my lud message was not changed)

Hello

This happen with me too. LUD was on 03/30/06 but message did not change and I also did not get any RFE.

As from my experience, NSC is pretty good on updating the messages. My LUD changed on 3/24/06 with message that RFE issued. 4/3/06 LUD change and message that Response recieved. LUD without message could mean many things, like case was checked out by officer who will make decision or something like that.

You are correct merovingian.
When I got RFE for I-140 that is what happen. Message change with LUD. This is first time happen with me that LUD change but message is not changed.

Hoping for the best.

Dude where are approvals ?

PD is current from April. EB2 case. so far no change in LUD/Message ...Nothing... What's going on at NSC ?. How long to wait ?

yeah, I have the same question, my PD also became current this month, and my case is assigned to an officer, wondering how long need to wait???????

PD became current on April 1, and saw LUD (04/03/06) on approved I-129 case. No change in message.

Senator's office helped me check with NSC, and said my case is assigned to an officer on March 28th.

EB2, PD: 12/06/02, RD:12/16/03
FP2: 08/15/05

I-485: LUD 10/28/2005 - 01/04/2006 01/05/2006 then nothing and new LUD 04/03/2006 (no change in message) and still nothing.

Any thoughts about approval guys ?
 
Eb2 Nsc 485

Hi,

My PD has become current by April Visa Bulletin. I got FP Code 3 done on 04/16/06. Biometrics for dependents done on 05/04/06. I saw LUD changes after those FP appointments without any changes in the message.

Anyone got approved from NSC whose PD became currnet during the last two months?
Please post your experiences.

Again I got e-mails yesterday that this case has been approved.

I got 3rd EAD 2 months ago.
I-485 became current from May1st 2006.
