EB2 485: Pls post here

Has anyone filed the EB2 I-485 lately? I just filed mine a week back and wanted to see track the progress together. My details are below.
 
Wife got physical card today

I got the LUD from CIS that both my and my wife's 485 cases have been approved on Sep 29, 2005 and an approval notice mailed.
Our case details are as follows:

140/485 concurrent filing, EB2
PD May 6, 2004
485 receipt date, Sep 17, 2004
1st FP October, 2004
FP results received by CIS, Nov 4, 2004
RFE for 140, June, 2005, RFE sent June end, 2004
140 approved July 8 2004
485 RFE (missing info in the medical) for myself, Sep 14,2005
RFE material sent Sep 20, 2005, Material received by CIS Sep 27, 2005
Both 485 approval (as per the LUD on Sep 29, 2005).

I hope this is for real. Have my fingers crossed till I get the notices in hand.

Called FBI to find out, but they said they haven't recieved the fingerprints from USCIS. Usually they are sent electronically and reach the same day to FBI.

How did u call the FBI to find out if they received your file from USCIS??
Please let me know, so i can dod the same!!

Mine is March 1, 2004 and it's painful to see the new update with a June 1, 2004 date.

No word on my case yet. I gave my Code 2 Biometrics (Picture and Index finger print) on Aug 5th, 2005.

Called FBI to find out, but they said they haven't recieved the fingerprints from USCIS. Usually they are sent electronically and reach the same day to FBI. Contacted the local ASC office to find out why the biometrics were not sent to FBI but no answer from them. Basically they didnot even look into their systems. They just said, it takes time, please wait and see.

Please advice what to do ? Are Code 2 biometrics sent to FBI ? or is it only the first time we give (all fingers). Because FBI said, they could see my first fingerprints in the database given last year June.

Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on September 29, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete

Called USCIS two times, they said as your ND (March'04) is after published USCIS date ( Nov'03), you have to wait. No other information available with them.
Should I take Infopass appointment and enquire or should I approach the senator/congressman.

Any suggestion would be helpful.

just happened to see your msg. my gut feeling is that your 485 might be stuck in name check. did you email fbi about it? whats your PD? hang in there. is your pd current? if yes, then talk to your congressman/senator. else, just hang in there.

Just received re-fingerprint notice yesterday, scheduled for Dec. 7, 2005.

No status change since FP (code 3)

Hi all,

My wife and I did our first FP (code 3) on Sept 7, 2005, but the case status online has not changed yet to replect anything about the FP. It continues to say "Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on July 25, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Isn't supposed to change to some FP recieved, FP in progress status. Is this normal. Does it mean anything indicating FBI FP/name check process. I know that 485 is not going to get approved due to retro, but still I am curious if others had their status change after FP or if there is anything that I should do.
