I applied for 485 on sep 25th of this month.

I am still single and waiting to get married sometime early next year.

Can someone tell me If I can add my spouse in the 485 application.

I still have not got 485 reciept date notice.

Well Mr Jiwani,

Althought this is not the right place to ask the question.. I will answer it anyway

Yup.. You can get married whenever you want till your I485 is approved. If you can prove that you got married even a Day before getting your I485 approved.. you can have your Spouses I485 in "Follow to Join category"

Hi,
If lawyer filed EAD and lawyer specifies that all the communication regarding EAD should be sent to his/her addresss. Then who gets the EAD when it\'s approved ?
Any ideas ?

NO EAD approvals after 07/10 RD

I wonder if NSC is taking more than 90 days to approve EAD! The last one to be approved is for a guy whose application was received on 7/10. Any more new approvals. OR is it just no one is updating this board

There is one posting of EAD approval by rpt2k,
whose RD 7/23.

The lawyer will get the RD/ND notice but you should get the card in mail.

RD: 08/01/01; ND: 09/14/01,EAD approved on Oct/18/2001. LIN-01-264-XXXX. Even Wife\'s EAD approved. Message says it takes 30 to 90 days to get plastic card.

Waiting for AP approval.

Looks like they mailed on 10/12/01 itself but updated on 15th.

Is there anybody who got the message saying that the EAD card will arrive in 30 to 90 days. I wonder if this is an error in the AVM.

Any thoughts ?

I just heard on AVM that my 765(EAD) was approved today but it will take 30-70 days for processing & if I do not get it in the mail by then to contact them. My ND was 9-18-2001(NSC).IS this normal time, Seems like from rest of board they have been getting it in a week.
