I am still waiting for my EAD Approval.
RD - 08/06/01
ND - 09/26/01
AP Approved - 10/05/01
I don\'t know what is going on at VSC. I noticed lot of people with ND as late as 10/15/01 have got their EADs approved.
I am trying to call but it always gets busy tone. I wonder how you guys are able to catch hold of it to talk to IIO. please help!

In my case more than 1 week
I heard my EAD approved on Oct 24th. I still didn\'t get it yet. These days, anthrax is a headache for mailing system. I am waiting patiently. If you couldn\'t get it when you need it then go to your local ASC to get a temperary card, I heard you can do that if your EAD has been approved or your application pass 90 days.

Just talked to an IIO. She told me that my case has been assigned to an officer. We can\'t do anything more about it. I need to wait and have patience.
I just wish the officer handling my case takes it quickly.

I have same ND 9/26. Got AP on 10/12. Still waiting for EAD. I guess the time taken depends on the officer who is processing the EAD. Probably we may get it next week.

AP Approved on 10/05/01
AP Received on 10/09/01
Already 90 days have passed yesterday and still haven\'t heard on the AVM that my EAD is approved. Called on 11/02/01 at VSC. IIO told me that my case has already been assigned to an officer. There\'s nothing more she can do about it and asked to have patience.
My patience is now running out. Is there anyone else whose 90 days have passed !!
