My EAD approved according to AVM last night.

MD 8/13/01
RD 8/14/01
ND 9/28/01
EAD 10/23/01

Seems VSC is working on EAD now. Good luck to all of us in the rest of our GC process.

Are u sure it is after ND? Because on the receipts it is mentioned \'60-80 days after receipt\'
 
Everyone got the EAD\'s whose RD is <= 31-JUL-01 ??

havent recd the EAD card though AVM says EAD approved on 10/23/2001 anyone has an idea how long it takes to get the EAD card

Did anybody with Receipt numbers starting with EAC 02 001..... get EAD approvals????

I have checked the AVM, heard my EAD has been approved and a new card has been ordered.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ND : 21-SEP-01
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;AP Approved on 10/10/01,
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Received AP on 10/15/01.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;EAD Approved on 10/25/01.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Waiting to receive EAD Cards...

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hope this info would help others...

There was a message earlier today....

Someone posted a message yesterday in this forum which speculated that NDs starting from 1st Oct. fall into INS new year quota ie for 2002 and that these notices may be starting with EAC 02 001..... etc., It further speculated that there may be some delay in processing etc.,
I wanted to know if this true or just a speculation of somebody.
 
Hey don\'t say that it is true...

I have RD : 08/13/01 but ND :10/01/01 and EAC with 02-001....
But I have seen in someone has RD after 08/13 and ND before 10/01/01. I am not sure how the ND gets allocated. Man don\'t scare me...
 
I-485 was filed, what RD/PD can I expect...

Hi Friends,
1. I-485 was mailed in August 2001. Previously I-140 was approved in June 2001.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What will be RD/PD??? Any experience?

2. My father in law (his attorney) filed I-485 just after labor certif. was cleared. Do you think this is possible?

3. ALL THE BEST FOR YOU!!! Hope we all overcome the hard time we face now, and next year will be much better!
