This is weird... is it unusual to receive Interview schedule first before EAD approval. Please advise. My interview date is July 7, 2006.
 
EAD Timeline

Hello....I graduated on May 12 and my CPT has expired on that day. I have applied for my OPT and INS received it on April 11. Please advice how long it takes for me to get the EAD card. Also please let me know what is my status until I get the EAD card. Does this affect me in future.

Aren't you in the wrong forum? This is for those who have files for family-based immigration and apply for EAD in that process. It sounds like you are talking about Optional Practical Traning for F-1 student.
 
I RECEIVED approval notice by email today... please update me on the list... actually I'm not there at all.

Here is my timeline. I notice Eugene & someone else has very similar timelines. lets keep in touch to track the progress:

ND: 3/20/2006, I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131
FP: 4/10/2006, I-485, I-765
LUD: 4/12/2006, I-485, I-765
LUD: 4/29/2006, I-765, I-130, I-131

No EAD nor AP yet. My DO is washington DC.

Married to a USC, came here on a B2 tourist visa.
DO Hartford, CT

RD 3/14/06 I-485, I-754, I-130
ND 3/17/06 as above
FP 4/21/06 I-485, I-765
LUD 4/03/06 I-130
LUD 4/24/06 I-485, I-765

Still waiting for my EAD.

I have noticed there are two LUD'S on my case status with out the message change.Do you have any LUD's and please let me know when can we expect real message.

EAD approved and received

Finally, my EAD was approved on 5/12 and the card was mailed out on 5/15, and I received it on 5/16. My application's ND was 2/24/06 and FP was taken on 3/14.

I live in Washington D.C area.
Married USC last July.
Left the U.S. and returned to England
Now back in D.C.
Sent to Chicago lockbox
Then onto MSC
Recv date 31st march 06
ND 5th april 06
Biometrics 4/19/06
RFE (1-485) 5/10/06 (I693 required)
I693 docs appointment today 22nd may 06
Results tomorrow will send next day guaranted back to USCIS
LUD I-765 5/18/06
LUD I-485 5/19/06
LUD I-130 5/18/06
Infopass - 31st May 06

Anyone with a similar timeline or any knowledge get please intouch would love to share info.

Be honest are things moving fast for me or not?
