EAD Timeline: Updated

I've been waiting for about 6 months now and nothing. I got my (after INFOPASS) and that's it. My last update was 2 months ago and since then - zip!
I'm beginning to really freak out now... What's happening? :confused:
 
Venus21, I don't understand - you have your EAD right? Or are you talking about the interview? If so, sorry that you're waiting so long, although Hartford do seem to be one of the slower DOs.

BTW - got my EAD card in the mail today. :)
 
Mine got approved on Sep 12, 79 days after ND and 84 after RD.
Should be getting it in the mail in by the end of this week or beginning of next.

EAD card received in the mail today Sep 18, 85 days after ND and exactly 90 days after RD (which is apparently the priority date).

EAD approved

EAD approved 65 days after ND (72 days after the application was received at the Chicago Lockbox).

- EAD expired on 9/28/2006.
- Had to take a leave of absence from work from 9/29 thru 10/12.
- Had Filed for EAD renewal on 7/27/2006
- ND: 8/8/2006
- Based on recommendation of LO I sent company leave order to NBC and asked for expidition.
- EAD approval: 10/11/2006
 
I made an InfoPass today to see what was going on with my EAD and AOS today. While everyone already knows, I'll just say it anyways, the iEADs are no longer issued. The woman helping me was very nice and looked into my case. She saw I had an RFE but figured I should have gotten my EAD anyways, that it was taking way too long. She was also shocked I didn't have an interview appt yet for my AOS (it still hasn't been transferred to the local office).

Anyways, she told me that technically speaking she can't do anything about the EAD because the 90 days starts over again from the time they receive the RFE response, but she figured the amount of time it's taking was still ridiculous so she made a call for me anyways, and I think she saw I was stressing out. She got someone she knew at MSC and had them look up my case, apparently nothing was really holding it and she pushed them to look into it.

So I don't know if anything will come of it, and I'll update if anything does, I'm hoping something will get going, but I guess I would still recommend to go in for an InfoPass after your 90 days are up. They won't issue an iEAD but they are supposed to call up the MSC for you and push them to look at your case.

My receipt date was August 4th, EAD was approved October 16th, received October 20th. We had a RFE but it didn't slow down the process.
 
Just thought I would add to my previous post up above that I had an LUD today on my EAD. Hopefully that means something...
 
EAD Approval VSC

Hi All,

I have applied for second EAD on SEP13th and I got approval emails yesterday ( VSC). First email says approved, second one card ordered and mailing in progress. No changes on AP yet.
