EAD receipt notice

Any idea how long its taking these days to receive the EAD receipt notice from sending the application to VSC? I sent my application on 22nd Oct; still haven't received my receipt.

The get Receipt notice of EAD filling only takes 10-15 days the actual EAD card approval takes about 90 days( I have seen few cases VSC approving EAD in 40-60 days)
