EAD Tracking

In the lines of AP approval dates tracking can we have the EAD tracking

got the card today in the mail, it is valid from 09/10/03 to 09/09/04, which means that actual approval happened on 09/10/03, while online status shows 10/15/03 :confused:

Ist EAD Was expiring on 10/09/03. Got I-EAD on 10/03/2003 from San Francisco (No Issues).

1st EAD, No RFE.

Is there anyone still pending who filed in April and before?

Lawyer send an inquiry in September, the response said that we will let you know when we had made a decision. I got a letter at my residence with this response.

I have send a second inquiry through the 1-800 number. No response yet from there.

I don't think EAD is linked to FP. They used to do fingerprints a couple of months after you apply for I-485. Most people have to do another set of fingerprints after 15 monhts. So BCIS changed the policy. The last i heard, they will call for finger prints about 9 months before the making a decision on the case. What ever that means.....

If the application of EAD is missing some thing, BCIS should issue an RFE.

Another thing, I have called the national BCIS 800 number. That number does not even provide status for my case. It just says that the system is offline. The 1800 system gives status for my I-485 petition. Can you access your account info using the 1800 national BCIS number?

The web site works ok. It just hasn't changed the message in 6 months.

Temp EAD at Phoenix

Yesterday got my temp EAD. WAC is 209 .. 1st EAD was expiring on Nov 8th. Took me 5 1/2 hours to get the temp EAD. The photo guys took 5 photos before they got it right .. gives u a proper perspective of the quality of BCIS people. Went to the office at 6 AM and was out at 11:30 AM.

When would this crap end ???

ok, FP shouldn't be the problem. I understand.
I have no idea what keeps my application being
pending. USCIS is just lazy.

I called the 1-800 and the result is the same.
It cannot access my case temporarily. It worked
for my I-485 case tho. Web is OK for both EAD
and I-485. *shrug*

First time EAD-er.

I concurrently filed for EAD/AP/485/140 at the CSC. All recept nos are WAC-03-245, no news yet.

Interstingly, noticed a piece of news at some sites that talk of the CSC stopping processing of all these apps till Sep 30 as they are trying to process some other "Sunset" application. As it is November now - any news of them going back to process these applications.
