EAD renewal approved

Hi,
On sept 10th, our eads have been approved and the cards have been ordered.

EAD renewal case #: WAC-03-169-xxxxx

--gcnotez.

gcnotez,

It seems BCIS read your post. After you spoke out, they approved your cases.

I am in the 170 series, still pending...

EAD approved

My first EAD approved on Sep 11, 2003.

EAD - WAC-03-144-5xxxx
Date : April 08,2003.

Got an RFE for EAD and responsed on Aug 11, 2003 by my lawer.

485 - WAC-02-115-5xxxx
ND/RD Feb 11, 2003, Feb 20,2003

EAD received WAC 03-189-5xxxx

New EAD WAC-03-189-5xxxx (ND: 6/11), approved 9/6, received today 9/12.

Filed by myself to avoid the attorney fees. My I-140 was approved after two RFEs in Jan 2003. Maybe filing by yourself is better.

My wife's EAD with the same ND is still pending.

Thanks.

Do we need to apply for a 3rd one if our I485 is not aproved by the time it expires??

RFE

hi guys,
heres looking for some advice.....

I previously mentioned that i got RFE for my EAD application.
I already have my interim EAD. So here's what i was thinking. The RFE notice says they expect a reply/response for that till December 2nd. I am planning to delay my response for another 2 months so that the EAD i get is valid longer so that i gain time while applying for the 3rd EAD(as there is no hope for green card approval).

So is it ok that i send my RFE response somewhere around mid november? or it may create any problem with my application? I hope u get my question and reply me appropriately...
thanks

Don't take chance

There is a possibility that if you reply to the RFE late, your EAD may not have arrived before your IEAD expires. I would not take the chance. Next year you can apply for EAD 4 months before expiration and get another IEAD if needed.

Both EADs WAC02-189 (ND: 6/11) approved

My wife's EAD is also approved today 9/16. Mine was approved 9/6 and received 9/12. I filed both applications myself to avoid attorney fees (got a copy of the I-485 receipt from attorney).

WAC 02-189-5xxxx (both mine and my wife's)
ND: 6/11/03
My approval date: 9/6 (received 9/12)
My wife's approval date: 9/16

Well my iEAD is valid until april next year and I dont think INS takes 5 months to approve the EAD after RFE

Both EADs received

Mine and my wife's EAD (new)

WAC 03-189-5xxxx

My Approval Date: 9/6, received 9/12
My wife's approval date: 9/16, received 9/22

It's interesting that it takes 6 days for the card to arrive for both of us.

Wife's EAD renewal approved: WAC 03 193 *****
My (new) EAD approved: WAC 03 193 *****

Both approvals mailed on Sept 27th.

You may want to call the 1800 number to put an inquery, I did that early Sept and the approval came on Spet 15, same wac # 170..

good luck

EAD pending ND 4/16/03

My EAD is pending since 4/16/03 (ND). My lawyer send BCIS an inquiry in September. I got a letter back from BCIS two weeks later. The letter has 10 to 15 typed responses with a check box in front of them. The response that was checked in my case was that the applicaiton is pending and i will be informed when a decision is made.

Can i or my lawyer do another inquiry. Any thoughts ?..
