Appled at Nebraska and it was paper based. By the way, it is an EAD extension..

Applied at VSC and still waiting

I applied at VSC back in June 23, 2006...
No LUDs so far and I am still waiting for approval.
VSC seems to be sitting on all applications.

Not a true statement gunt. If you filed 485 in EB and your most recent entry at the time of filing 485 was a valid "admission", you are eligible for 245(k).
 
Efiled EAD4/AP3 renewal to NSC on Aug 17 '06, Still waiting to receive FP notice for EAD Bio-Metrics to be done.
 
EADs approved

My wife and mine EADs receipt dates are Aug 16, 06. We got approval notices on Aug 30. We have pending I-485 with TSC. Our EADs approved from TSC. It is 3rd EAD for me.

I dont know why your EADS are pending for more than 2 months.

LUD on AP

Got a LUD on AP on 02/09. No message change. Dont know what to infer.

EAD no LUD change. Both filed on July 21 with first week of Aug as ND.

Please post if you anybody has any update.

Name Misspelled By Attorney

In filing for my 485, the attorney made a mistake in my middle name. The correct spelling is VARDHAN, while the attorney filed as VARDAN.

I realized the mistake when I got my AP. Now the attorney has sent the revised 485 form. I am not sure what is the implication. If any body has any information how does USCIS handle such cases please advice.

AP approved

My AP was approved 0n 8/30, online msg still says that they are processing it.
Recevied it in the mail today.

Still waiting for EAD approval...
 
Looks like approvals are really random without following ND dates. Please keep updating as and when you get approvals so that we know what is going on

Our AP got approved today(got e-mails)! :) here are our case details

EAD Renewel & AP- RD: 08/04/2006
EAD approved - Aug'19th
LUD on AP - Aug'31
AP approved - Sep'07th
