Can you give me the details of e-filing of AP. What supporting documents did you sent? Did you sent the photographs?

my AP was approved today. Got email from USCIS.

I applied my AP in last week of July . It took around 45 days.

RD August 11 - still waiting for approval

e-filed both EAD and AP (I-765 & 131) and RD from USCIS is August 11, got FP notice and given a SFO on 8/30/2006. Still waiting for approval.
 
EAD renewal RD/ND:8/17/06; AD:9/15/06

My E-filed EAD was approved on today at NSC.
Concurrent e-filed EAD4/AP3 on 8/17/06.
Mailed EAD/AP supporting docs to NSC on 8/18/06.
Done EAD FP(sent by NSC) on 9/8/06.
EAD approved on today (9/15/06) ~ exactly 30 days only.
LUD changed on AP too today, message still says receieved..

Hope this helps to other folks waiting for EAD renewals.
 
EAD Renewal approval

Efiled for renewal on Aug 21 at NSC and just got the emails about approval. Yet receive the cards.
 
The online status says the EAD has been apporved.

Applied online on July 27th.
Photo and finger print on Aug 16th. LUD changed on the next day.
Approved on Sep 7th.

485 - ND 10/03
RFE 485 on 06/06 (EVL and Birth Certificate) Replied on 07/06
1st EAD AD 12/03
2nd EAD AD 11/04

AP still not approved.

God knows how many times do we have to apply EAD and AP. :mad:
 
Yes, ND is 8/10 in CSC and have not gotten any updates. According to the processing time in CSC, it takes about 2.5 months. I know some got approval in about a month or so. Which service center are you in?

I485(June XX 04) EB3 Priority date of 26 Aug 2002

I filed in CSC with ND of Aug 4th. No update, no LUD since Aug 8th.

Is there anyone who filed online for renewal @ CSC during Aug 1st - 15th and got approval? How long it is taking at CSC?
 
RFE for I-765 from TSC- first time EAD

I filed concurrently for I-140, I-485 for me and my spoouse and file I-765 and I-131 for my spouse alone with RD 2nd August 2006. I-765 for my spouse resulted in a RFE. On 13th USCIS mailed the RFE but we have not received as of today. Anyone please let me know if we should call to find out if it is lost or should we wait.
