DWI record, would I be approved?

Entrapment may be a defense in criminal court but may not be a defense in
eyes of an immigration officer. IO just think you did it due to lack of good moral
character.
 
but i got my GC during this judicial case is pending, and even if that case is so furious why they approved my unconditional GC or why they sent me letter for interview.
During the intrerview i showed one count is dismissed and 2 remaining, and i explained that case is pending for almost 3 years,

As speak of regarding judical case it was more then entrapment and i suffered racism living in deep south. I AM TOTALLY INNOCENT IN THAT CASE,

pls guys wish me a good luck, coz i 've been suffering double anxiety every day and night, i pray no one has situation like me,

The naturalization process requires that any pending judicial matters be taken care of before a decision can be rendered.
 
Hi to all,

I had an info pass appoinment 04/07/09 and by the grace of God, the lady at counter told me that my case has been approved and wait for oath ceromony,

My experience with uscis is that every case is different from other and we cannot tell any one surely that particular case will be denied or approved even all applicants have different processing time frame (gernalization is different topic) USCIS HAS THIER OWN SECRET AND MYSTERIOUS WAYS TO PROCESS AND MANAGE THE EACH INDIVIUSAL CASE.

oh! and mention that my judical case is still pending, Thank God that they uscis did not make it big deal,

Thanks all of you for " support" and pls pls pray for me to get through all this citizenship process and for my future good lucks.

Is any one has citizenship case with Atlanta office, how long it take to get Oath letter when decesion has been made one month after the interview, my interview was at 02/19/2009 and after sending requried documents of N-14. Through Info pass appointment(04/7/2009) I come to know that my case has been approved. i dont know when they did they approve it but she only informed me that my case is approved, so which date i should count for oath i am bit confused, please let me know if some one familiar with this type of situation, thanks
