Only one access request was received this evening and it has since been granted within one hour of when it was received. No previous request was ever received.

Then it still has to be submitted with a translation? Even when the translation is right there in the document?

8 CFR 103.2(b)(1), as quoted by USCIS Manual says:
“Any document containing foreign language submitted to USCIS shall be accompanied by a full English language translation …
(bold and underlined emphasis in the above quote mine).

I have a question I'd like to ask. I am not the Principal Applicant—my spouse is. When we submitted our documents, I did not include my high school diploma. Instead, I provided my bachelor diploma and my current masters university transcript, as I am currently an F1 student in the U.S.
As far as I know, secondary applicants are not required to submit their high school diplomas. However, I wanted to double-check with you: should I still bring proof of my high school graduation to the interview?
I do not have a physical copy of my high school diploma, but I can obtain an official graduation certificate from the Turkish government (e-Devlet). If necessary, I can print and fully translate that document to bring it to the interview.
As of now, my file includes my university diploma, its translation, and my current transcript.
I’ve also added my case to the Excel sheet under the name “Kevink.”

I'm considering rescheduling my biometrics appointment to an earlier date and a different ASC. Before I reschedule the appointment, I want to confirm the following:
1. Do I need to present the original copies of both the biometrics notice and the receipt notice?
2. Will I be able to download the updated biometrics notice from the USCIS website? And would that be enough evidence for the appointment?
My biometrics notice and physical receipt notice have been mailed, but I haven't received them yet.

While you can reschedule the bio appointment for a different date/time, not sure you can change the ASC also - do return to confirm if you succeed in changing the ASC also.
You’ll be able to download a new bio appointment notice which is what you’ll need to take to your appointment.
I was able to reschedule it to a different ASC, and I downloaded the new bio appointment notice. Thanks!

My money order for DV fee was cashed last Monday, but I haven't received the receipt.
I received an email from KCC yesterday stating "Thank you for informing us that you plan to apply for adjustment of status with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)...." Can I submit my AOS application with this letter but without the receipt? How high is the risk of rejection at the Lockbox since I don't have the DV payment receipt? I'm thinking to include a copy of my money order's receipt and a proof that it's cashed.

Yes the interview was waived, As of now the status changed to ‘Case approved’ still waiting on approval notice and physical card, Still on my nerves until i get my physical card.

My case (EU229xx) will become current in September, but I submitted with early filing. Today (08/05/2025), I completed the biometrics appointment, and my USCIS account was updated with the following message: fingerprints have been applied to your case
I have a few questions:
1. Is the interview notice sent after the NOA or after the biometrics appointment?
