DV-2024

i filled and submitted my entry and i got a message saying that the url has been rejected.
i tried mine and my spouse's entries and they were rejected. I re submitted the entry because I didn't get the confirmation number.
what could be the reason for me being locked out.
if I am disqualified, Is it just for this year or for good?

Since you didn't get a confirmation number, you should not be disqualified. Have you tried a different browser ?

yes i tried three different browsers and its giving me the same message
nonetheless will try again.

I just tried again and both applications were submitted thank you.

The report button is setup to go straight to the system admin and not a moderator, which unfortunately might take a while to get responded to. Directly sending a PM to a moderator is another option to explore for a faster response.

In my passport it is mentioned as below

Surname: Cinimod Miller
Other Names: Tom Lanos

My question is that when filing the DV lottery form which method is correct?

Method 1

Last/Family Name: Cinimod Miller
First Name: Tom Lanos
Middle Name: (No middle name)

Method 2

Last/Family Name: Cinimod Miller
First Name: Tom
Middle Name: Lanos
