DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

Hi Blade, thanks for the response. Didn't the visas run out by September 6th? My case was approved on September 11th. It's very confusing
This is very interesting, I had my interview at Sept 8th and it says still processing. I haven’t been denied yet.

Don’t get me wrong but I would really appreciate if you can share screenshots about your process timeline.

September 11: Case was approved.
September 10: We ordered your new card.
September 1: We received your request for expedite processing.
August 4: Fingerprints were taken.

PS: I don't want to give false hope to anyone. I have already lost it.

Are you "John"?

Interesting,
Is it possible that some FO s are still producing new cards? How is this might be possible?
It is possible the single reported case of CPO/Case approval that we currently know of was erroneously approved, as in the IO was not aware of the DOS memo sent to USCIS informing them of visa exhaustion for DV 2023 FY when that particular case got approved.

Hi, friend of mine just his case changed to "new card is being produced" today 09/17'' Jacksonville, FL. He is not on the AOS process spreadsheet case tracker

August 14: Interview (FO needs more document on F1 and I-20)
August 22: RFE Documents was received
September 6: Expedite request
September 17: New card is being produced
What is expedite request? Could you please clarify this? I thought there is no expedite request for DV based green card applications.

Hi Mom,

Do you think my husband should still attend his biometrics appointment this week even though visas have been exhausted?
Would it mean his biometrics would be waived for future application of AOS?

I would still go ahead and attend if this was my case.

Are there any updates yet about the cases interviewed between September 7th and 8th? My status still stuck at "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" and haven`t received any letter yet.

My interview was a week before that, but status is same as yours.

It`s kind of annoying. If you are going to deny, just deny it. I am psychologically exhausted. Dealing with both classes, internship search (another stress because companies don`t like F1 visa holders at all) and trying to reshape my career and academia plans.
