What is the benefit of it? Nothing I guessIn case visas get exhausted, can people with pending applications sue?

They can sue if they wish, it will simply be an additional loss for them as there's no legal basis for suing USCIS.In case visas get exhausted, can people with pending applications sue?
Do they return the payment if we haven't attend fingerprint or interview? They can sue if they wish, it will simply be an additional loss for them as there's no legal basis for suing USCIS.
Unfortunately, no:Do they return the payment if we haven't attend fingerprint or interview?
When you send a payment, you agree to pay for a government service. Filing and biometric services fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action we take on your application, petition, or request, or if you withdraw your request
Is this the tweet you are talking about?Britsimon did a live session last night to discuss remaining visas. He mentioned there was a slim possibility that the IVAMS system has already been blocked from allowing any more visas to be allocated to AOSers post interview, even though at this stage the cap is yet to be met. Can they actually do that?
Well yes, the reason for his video was to point out that she was mostly wrong and/or misinterpreting the CEAC data. But he did have a guess as to why her AOS client was not able to be scheduled for an interview. He said it could be due to local caps being met or that no more visas were being distributed through IVAMS. Surely it couldn't be the latter? That would be outrageous. Is this the tweet you are talking about?
PS: She is talking about appeal in FOIA request.
Please keep us updated about your interview. Well, we might see 2017 sad scenarios. I am still waiting for interview letter.Well yes, the reason for his video was to point out that she was mostly wrong and/or misinterpreting the CEAC data. When those AOS applicants started to receive denials in 2017 were all CP interviews cancelled as well or did they continue to issue visas to CPers after that date?I'd even say there's more people currently scheduled in CP than available visas, so I have no clue what are they planning. Nevertheless, paying AOS fee and doing bio doesn't guarantee you anything. See "DV 2017 AOS" thread (posts after 09/07/17) for sad details... e.g. https://forums.immigration.com/threads/dv-2017-aos-only.331328/page-181#post-2464285
They continued. No reports of anyone abroad being refused due to lack of visas. When those AOS applicants started to receive denials in 2017 were all CP interviews cancelled as well or did they continue to issue visas to CPers after that date?
We are in trouble, all we can say!!They continued. No reports of anyone abroad being refused due to lack of visas.
That rule has been tossed. See https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default...y-manual-updates/20230331-I-693FilingReqt.pdfSomeone told me that my medical exam result should be fresh( within 30 days from doctor signature till the day of interview). Is that correct?
I found on the USCIS website that it’s valid for 2 years.
