New card being produced that’s mean you have been approved, congratulationsHi mom and everyone!
My case status is "New card is being produced" on the USCIS website. I had my biometric appointment a week ago. As far as I understand, my case has been approved without an interview, is it correct?
My husband is currently in his home country and we were unable to AOS for him. What can I do to get an interview appointment in the country where my spouse lives?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.
Wow! For real? That’s great news. Congratulations.Hi mom,
I want to share an update on my case. On March 9, I completed my biometric appointment at the LA office. After a long period of anticipation, I am thrilled to inform you that my status has now changed to "New Card is Being Produced," and surprisingly, I didn't have to go through an interview. Since the LA office doesn't often waive interviews, I will still patiently await the arrival of my card in the mailbox, just to be certain.
Maybe someone is interested, therefore I wanted to mention that I reached out to Congress for assistance 23 days ago, and today I received a reply from them confirming that my case is being processed in LA, the response didn't provide any further details. Based on this, I don't think the status change is directly related to their intervention. Nevertheless, I am grateful that they made an effort to respond as quickly as possible.
Once I receive the invitation letter/card, I will update the timesheet. Your support and guidance have been invaluable throughout this process, and I want to express my deepest gratitude for everything you do in this forum. Your assistance has made a real difference, and I believe we can never thank you enough. I understand that at times, we may become overly anxious and overthink the smallest details, bombarding you with questions. Yet, your patience in addressing every question is truly appreciated.
To all who are still awaiting a decision, I really hope that each and every person in this forum will eventually receive their green cards. Personally, after enduring such a stressful wait, I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Thank you once again for your support!

I see that you are really nervous based on the number of questions and seem to want someone who can help you somehow get past the cut-offs. It is unfortunate but I do not think there is any workaround the cut-offs. What I would do in your situation would be to first calm down and take some time (maybe a day or two) from thinking about the visa bulletin.hello does anyone know how to make a congressional inquiry based of of Michigan state?
What you listed as the interview location on your derivative’s DS260 form does not initiate or kick off the FTJ process.Thank you very much mom! I will add my case to spreadsheet asap.
We filled a DS260 form for my husband back in June 2022. And we chose the US Ankara Embassy as interview place. So I am assuming they are not aware of FTJ?
So the only option is to send a I 824 form to USCIS?
Congratulations. The online status may or may not change - it’s possible they forgot to update it. For now, be patient and watch out to see if their GC shows up with the rest of the family or not.Thank you @Sm1smom and everyone else on this forum. This morning the status for three of us has changed to New Card is being produced. But the status for one of our kids still reads Initial request for information was sent. Is this normal or should we expect it to change soon as well.
Thanks again for all the assistance. I have updated the sheet with this new information.
