Dv 2014 african selectees under administrative processing report here

Sorry I only saw ur post now !
https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?
If still doesn't go through, than its has to take time I believe all the other
People that went, through ap used this link like gabam ...

Someone mentioned recently that it doesn't seem as though any 2014 cases are loaded yet.

Slightly off topic, I saw a strange one from last year: 3 cases on one number but given as 01, 04 and 07 (ours were consecutive 01-04)... I wonder if this means the other beneficiaries didn't interview? Also interesting is that the principal applicant received the visa but the two beneficiaries were both refused.

Like u say its verry strange !because if its dv applicant they grant the visa for him
And his derivatives !?? Or they all get denied ! In case one or the derivative is not qualified!?
May be its just a mixed up data from dv 13 ! Softwares go crazy some times ;)

It's entirely plausible that a principal applicant gets issued a visa but a beneficiary gets rejected, for example if he/she has a criminal record. I wonder why both though...given the numbers allocated I assume they're children of the principal applicant. Perhaps they were not still under 21? And the spouse would have been 02, so why did the spouse not proceed with the application?

In a specific case when kids are over age than its plausbile as u said.
But if its because the husband or wife has criminal record I always thought everyone will be denied.
Because if the principal aplicant is granted visa without his life partner that means it will cause a familly split assuming that the principal applicant will still go a head and move to usa !?
Or may be further on will still join through other procedure !?

True, I think the 2014 cases are not yet loaded in the system

I heard of a case where a man was put on total ban from US due to a fraud he had committed in a certain visa application. The following year the wife was selected in the DV lottery, I wonder how the embassy went about that case.

It's not up to the consular officer to make a decision on whether or not the family should stay together. Their job is to give visas to those who qualify and deny them to those who don't.

There was a post recently from someone who had separated from their spouse between winning and interview, so that's also a possibility.

I think the principal applicant van be given the visa and any other family member gets denied given the reason for denial can be adjusted or corrected for example medical condition which can be treated with time.

Agreed u got a point. All what they are therefor is to see who qualifies and who doesn't.

Hi brother;
Last time u tried to logg in to check ur status it said invalid ?!
Try it again but this time take all the zeros off.
Got a tip from britsimon today about it, and I came to notice that the 000 must be taken off, to be able to check the result of ur case. However it might still not work if the data is still not loaded in.
Regards

I have tried it without the zeros but its is still saying invalid case number, I do not know whether I am the one who makes an error. For example, if my case number is 2014AF00022993 , then I have entered 2014AF22993 ,is that the right thing? if not advice please.
If its the right thing then probably the 2014 data is not yet uploaded in the system.
