It has never been 1/28. It is not 1/650 now.Well from Kazakhstan there were just 13476 entries for DV 2012, so are we expecting just 20 winners from this country?
In previous DV winning chance from Kazakhstan was about 1/28, now it's about 1/650 with about the same ammount of entries.
The data for this company could differ from the average for the country because the company could be using a different percentage of duplicate/illegitimate entries than in average in Kazakhstan.

Percentage of duplicate sumbittants is different. It could vary significantly from middleman to middleman.Does it change anything? There are still the same ammount of entrans and winning cases from this country. How is it not correct?
