Driver licence on B1/B2 visa?

I have b1/b2 visa on 10yr with 6 months stay. I want to buy car while I am on Hawaii for my 5 month vacation insted of renting car on 5 month. (wich will cost me over 20.000$). I plan to sell that car before my leaving for much less.(for very fast sale) or even to leave car on some place in Hawaii when I return next time :).

So I need Hawaii Driver licence. But for buying car I need SSN.

How to do this?

Need US drivers licence

Can any one guide me, how to get an drivers licence in US. I have come with an visitors B1/B2 Visa. I have got my Indian Driving Licence. Is it possible to make a driving licence here wit B1 Visa
