Done 2FP in Jul, Aug and waiting for Approval/RFE

I just received an E mail from NSC that a RFE was issued on 10/12/2004. My ND was 10/2002, and FP2 was done 8/18/2004 ( was not 8/28/2004 as posted previously). Looking at the data posted under this thread, for cases with FP2 done, the average time it takes for an approval after receiving RFE is less than 30 days.

My second RFE resonse received by USCIS
My second RFE resonse is received by USCIS on 13th October.
Check the LUD in signature for latest information.
My fingures are crossed now......

Its been so long since I even visited immigration portal. Got so much frustrated with this. But there is still no good news. Its been more than 2 months since my 2nd FP, and yet no approval. This is really crazy.

We are same here. No further news after 2nd FP.

After FP done, LUD NOT changed ONLY for Primary beneficiary...?
After one year of long wait (after filing I-485), We had First FP done Oct 12, 04 and LUD for my wife & son was changed while my LUD was not changed..its saying same OLD message as:
"we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location....etc...etc..."
LUD of my wife & son changed immediatly (after 2 days) on Oct 14, 04 as:
"On October 14, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."
My Q is - for Primarary beneficiary whether LUD 'do' or 'does not' change either after First FP or Second FP?

2. reason and more evidence for name mismatch in passprt/visa and 485 petition. (i changed to firstname, middlename, last name format by expanding my initials after coming to the US)
my spouse's (primary applicant) is for
1. Current Employment letter from prospective employer.
2. Company's ability to pay
3. reason and evidence for Parent's name mismatch in BC and 485 application
4. Affidavit of BC

My FP2 and RFE date are very close to yours. The statistics here indicates the waiting time, with RFE done, is about 45 ~ 60 days from FP2 date. So you may see it anytime soon.

Thank you. Hope I could get it soon. Feel so tired of this kind of waiting, even if there are a lot of people filed their applications much earlier than I did.
