Hello fellows,
One of my friends children who are 19 and 21 years old have been requested for DNA testing at the U.S. Embassy in their COP. Now the pettionor here in USA is ready to take the test but one of her child don't want to take DNA test rather withdral the application because he/she is going marry within few months. They both have called to the consulate to give Their buccal swab for DNA sample.
Now the question are:
1/ Does any of you know that he/she can or can not withdral the application because of his/her circumstances change and want to marry?
2/ does his/her decision will affect for the visa issuance of his/her other sibbing because s/he is refuse to take a DNA test?
3/ what would be the options for second child who still wish to join with his/her mother if visa consular denied the visa based his/her sibbling refuse to take DNA test?
4/ Will s/he be able to appeal or reply the family petition again with USCIS and go through all process again.
Your knowledges, ideas and experance would be greatly appreciated.
