I got divorced a week ago in California. I was wondering if someone can tell me whether I can apply for K1 Visa for my fiancé. Do you I need to wait for a few months before I do?

I misinterpreted the instructions for I-129F it seems. A third I-129F in a two year window requires a waiver. My apologies.
