The AVM still says " 975-999 days".

What does 01-298 in WAC-01-298-XXXXX stands for?
Have you seen any approvals for anyone in my situation.
Any info. is appreciated.

Good Luck on u're wife's case!

Huh! WhaZ goin on with Detroit?

bopp3,

Nothing new on my wifes case yet. I've called Detroit INS about 3 weeks backs. They asked me to check back with them towards begining of next month. However, looking at hillbilly's posting..our case staus should be almost identical as both our cases were transferred at the same time.

latest update

We applied for her EAD on 8/5/02 after we found out that the case has been transfered to DTW.

Finally, they woke up and gave us a date on 10/11 for "EAD only".

GC interview, not before Nov/Dec.

Well, one thing at a time !!!

I had an interview this morning

This morning I had an interview at Detroit local INS office.
Officer asked questions from 485 application, and wanted to see some document which indicated that we are living together such as morgage, mutual account. All interview was 10 minutes.

The thing is, she did not stamp tha pasport at the interview. She said she will research alittle more and will sent a letter to stamp the passport or 3-4 months later direct green card itself.

So, I do not know if anyone in the same situation. Does any of you know what will happen now.

Thanks.

So did she take your finger prints and signature + 2 ADIT style photos if she was planning to send you the green card directly ?

and can you elobrate a little more on how did you interview go ? like what were the specific questions asked ? and what documents did you show during the course of the interview ?
were you recently married and come to US ?

so that it helps for us who are expecting the interview

thanks a bunch
