Derivative I-485 - Need List of H1B document

Hi,

I want to include my wife to my I-485 case by filing a Derivative I-485. My wife is on H1B and I was wondering which documents related to HER H1B visa would be required to submit the application?

You'll need to provide a copy of her I-94 and copies of recent paystubs to demonstrate that she is maintaining H-1 status.

Copy of her H1 approval notice, Copy of her passport, Copy of her Valid I-94(front and back), Her latest 2-3 paystub copy ANd Copy of your I-485 filing reciept(if your I-485 is pending) Copy of Marrage Certificate, Copy of her DOB
