Can you give little more info, like. what kind of question they asked, and your answer. This will give more analytical reasoning where you went wrong in the interview process and what cousel trying to get it from you pertaining to your job. Did they give any 221 (g) papers.

Hey ...Looks like your thread has 289 views and not a single reply...You said you graduated in 2003 and you got a job in the US early 2005......If thats correct would you give a few details regarding your company, total net assets..do they pay between jobs or do they simply bring people here on H1 and then start looking out for projects...

What is your techical expertise in and what questions did they ask...DO you think your industry experience <2 years (I think if I understand your correctly) would be a factor ??

i was given a 221(g) refusal paper a white paper stating that i have no technical expertise and lack skills and hence recommend to USCIS for revoking of my petition.this is my actual situation.any suggestions to me will make me very happy.i shall be thankful to u

How did they come to this conclusion? Did they ask any tech questions? Are you able to answer? Do you have exp in the field? What is the job title and its description offered to you?

Your 221(g) seems to be serious. And it will go in to your file/record and affect your future H1 visa stamping too, irrespective of where you are stamping.

bye

hi everyone

sir,i was asked not very tough questions.i was asked questions like synataxs, mdi's etc.. i answered some questions and left few.i have 2 years of technical experience.my attorney told my employer that he would talk to consulate officials on my issue.i have later(after they told that my petition be revoked) said infact argued that my employer has sent me all my required documents and offered me a job,and why are u not issuing me a visa.
is this a blunder i have commited which deters my visa chances if my attorney talks to consulate officials.
was my behaviour rude??
i regret for what i have done.is there any possible way to be safe.

---------- the consulate officer thinks that you are not eligible for the job /skills written on your H1 petition

-------------- why you need to argue with consulate officer???? your employer lawyer could have written a letter to consulate officer

I dont know if you have been rude or whatever....but not getting visa on account of being rude is just ridiculous... I dont think your rudeness was a damper on your chances of getting a visa...But on a serious note, i am amazed that officers at the consulate tech you out ....!!!!!

Sorry to hear that such a thing happened.... I dont think I have any valuable advice to give you....

Your situation surely seems to open up a can of worms for people who would are using the H1 visa route !!!!!

It clears out my doubt, technically you are not able to answer counsel question.whether it is simple or not? On top of it ,you irritated the counsel. Do you thing, if you are in his position and some guy irritate you with so much power (read last paragraph) - what will you do? Simple pscychology?

You may get a job from NASA or White House or MIT, but it is Counsel who gives the visa (including green card counsel process), if he denies, no other recourse, you can not appeal at all. Counsel and Sr Counsel is the soul authority, if it comes to issuance of any US visa. (Can you ? Realize to whom you argue with)
