Hi friends,
Wish you all a very happy New year 2003.I filed my labour in Delaware on Aug 13 EB2 rir.Till now I have not heard anything from my lawers office.They are not answering individual calls.I donot know how to track it.I find that those who filed in August their cases are being approved and sent to Phily.How can I track it.Any advice in this regard will be appriciated.

Tracking Labour process

Hello Everyone,

A very very happy new year to all.
I have applied for Labour in Delaware few days back. I actually want to track it. When I contacted the attorney he said that there is no tracking number given in Delaware DOL. Please let me know if its true that there is no number provided. If not how can this be tracked.

any new news on delaware. the process is getting slower day by day. does anyone know what might be the reason for this. does anyone has any number where we can contact and get some answers.

Just checked with Delaware DOL and they have started working on September cases. Currently they are in the first week of September.

Any Updates

Hello Guys

Any new updates on Delaware DOL. Are any new september cases approved so far.

Today DOL updated their website and they have posted the current processing as Sep 2003 for both RIR and Non RIR cases. As per this forum Sep 6th 2002 EB2-RIR-- Software Engineer. It was approved and was received at the regional office philly on Dec 16th 2002. Still todays update is showing they are processing September 2003 cases.

Please do keep this forum alive guys. Just post your views even if you dont have any updates. Its good to stay in touch with each other.

I applied for Labor in Delaware in the last week of September.How do I find out the posting date? My company's lawyer tells me that they have not heard anything yet.

They usually dont send the posting date. But you can ask you lawyer on the date they posted. Usually the priority date for you will be the day they recieve your documents from the lawyer.

In the tracker posted for the Delaware DOL your application was already approved in the month of September 2002 as posted.

Does Delaware SESA send any acknowledgement or case number to attorney after it receives a new case?

hello indgc

usually they dont send any case numbers to the attorney. u can always check with ur attorney the priority date. the attorney can find that out by tracking ur application recieved date by DOL thru Fedex or whatever courier you have used.

Hi,
I applied for labor in delaware in Non-RIR catagory. Could some one please explain what happens when my file was opened at the state level. Do my company has to post ads after my file was opened. Can we place ads before my file was opened.
