My aplologies!! I thought you had filed your
labor around 8/25/029(It was GC0902). I do not find you in the tracker.
 
My lawyer told me that they will inform me immediately after they receive my SESA approval. Usually DE Labor informs the lawyer that the case has been approved and it is forwarded to Philly DOL for regional.
So I guess I will know from my lawyer too when it is approved as the lawyer is very good.

Also, I HOPE THAT EVERYONE UPDATES THIS TRACKER SO THAT THIS CAN SERVE AS A BETTER SOURCE AS TO KNOW WHEN YOU SHOULD CALL DOL IF YOUR BUDDIES IN THIS TRACKER THAT APPLIED DURING THE SAME TIMEFRAME HAVE GOT THEIR STATUS.
So please update your entires in this tracker.

Delaware Labor

Hi Parvardigar,

My application was mailed to Delaware on August 21st.
I guss though DE is suppose to be current they will take couple of months to approve applicationa and then Philly DOL is also taking their own sweet time to approve applications in random.....

GC in Delaware

Hi friends,

I am currently working in Atlanta, Georgia under H-1B visa. I applied for GC in atlanta last year but came to know it'll take another 2 years to get LC.So, I'm trying to find an employer in Delaware to hold my H1 and apply for my green card as it is fast there.

Recommendations from anyone who knows any employer in Delaware will be greatly appreciated. Please post your
suggestion here or email me directly.
Also appreciate if anyone can give me your employers name, phone and email.

Delaware Labor?

Delaware Labor
Has anyone actually got their labor done in Delaware? The main question I have is if one has a branch office in Delaware do you have to live and work there to file labor. It seems from this thread that as long as you can have an office there you can file from Delaware and I find that hard to believe that it is so easy. Can anyone tell me if they heard this from a lawyer? I would like the lawyer phone number.

Any updates for your case? I spoke to my lawayer
yesterday and he told me that he would speak to them on 10/23(two months from the mailing date..
DE SESA had last told him(two weeks ago) that it
now takes two months). I hope they've processed and mailed it as it's now getting very frustrating!
Also, Did you check Philly DOL thread...I've seen any approvals from Philly DOL for past two-three weeks. Last update was for 7/27 three
weeks ago. At this rate, we all are in a LONG
wait....My initial estimate was 1 month at SESA and 1 month at Philly at the time of flying(as per
lawyer).
Also, tracker for I-140 is also sitting at 2/2002
for few months now. I 485 is currently taking a year...
I think I'm looking at two+ years to get I-485 as
it's the final goal here. I'll update you all once I hear from my lawyer tomorrow.

No news from my lawyer yet. But, I will wait till I hear as my lawyer is quite prompt.
Will update this thread once i get to know the outcome.

All,
My lawyer spoke to DE sesa and backup person repoerted that
all formality on my file is completed and they're ready to forward
it to DOL(as of last Wednesday). My lawyer wanted to verify with
the director(who actually approves it!) and wanted to know the
case no. or other details but she has not been reporting any call.
He will try calling her again tomorrow morning! gc0902, you're very quite lately(You started this thread!!)...speak up!!!

I am still waiting to hear from my lawyer. Once I get any info, I will sure update my info. Hopefully I may hear some time this week or the next.

All,
I just heard from my lawyer that DE Sesa has
cleared my file and fedex it(along with others)
yesterday. However, director at sesa did not
give case no. or any other info. She also said
that they do not have time to mail the letters out. I do not know how we'll be able to find out the case no. etc...and how I/you will be able
to track your case at Philly DOL.

Any news about the Labor processing at Delaware?
My labor was filed under EB3RIR on October 5th.
Are they processing applications from september?
Any idea how long it takes for the entire labor clearance including the federal?
