Hi,
I am going to apply for TN Visa in January 2019. My degree is B.Sc. in Applied mathematics major in computer science from Iran.
I provided my degree to icascanada to be evaluated and then going to take that to border in addition to other documents to get TN-Visa.
In one of the post in this page someone said that she got denied by officer because her degree was not evaluated by University of Toronto. Now I am nervous because I don't have much time to evaluate my degree by UOFT.
Can someone confirm that degree evaluation should be done by UOFT only?
Anybody has experience getting TN Visa with a degree evaluated by an institution other than UOFT?
My next question which is not as important as first one is: because I am Canadian and Iranian, can they deny TN Visa based on Muslim ban law?
Thanks a lot in advance
