My info's in the signature:

One question I have is that there is only one LUD for me after FP. After that there is no update.

I see some of the folks here getting a number of LUDs. The only LUD I see is when I login to the USCIS Case Status and I see the date 03/17/2005
under "Last Updated (mm/dd/yyyy)" column. Or am I supposed to look for LUD's some where else? Someone please clarify.

Don't have to worry about LUD's. There are lot of people who got approved with no LUD's or 1 or 2 max. Your are looking at the correct place for LUD's.

Here are my details:

140/485 Concurrent filling using Sub-Labor in EB3

140/485/131/765 FD 12/28/04, ND 01/14/05.
EAD received 03/16/05 for both myself & Spouse.
AP received 04/25/05 for both myself & Spouse
FP done 04/08/05

No news on 140 & 485, anybody has same case? Can somebody pls suggest me if I need to take some action?

Similar situation

I am also in the similar situation and did not get FP notice also.
Anybody else in the similar situation? Should i have to call USICS
for status or ask lawyer to send a query regarding status of I-140
application? Please suggest.

I am also in the similar situation(see below). There has been no update for my I140 except the RD. Spoke to my lawyer, he says INS never gets back to them so there is no point to put an enquiry. I called the INS, only the Company or the attorney can put an enquiry. How are you guys following up on your cases with similar situation? Thx

My status changed after I did my fingerprinting on 17th May. I have new LUD's on our 485's

Here are my details.

EB3 (effected by retrogression)

EAD Approved :_____________Jan 24
AP Approved :______________Jan 25

Received EAD by mail :________Feb 2
Lawyer received AP by mail :___Feb 2 (Sent it to me)

I-140 approved :_____________Mar 1

FingerPrinting Notification :_____Apr 14
LUD Changed :_______________Apr 8

Fingerprinting Done :___________May 17th.
485 Status update :___________May 23rd

I guess this is the last update I will see until there is any movement in the EB3 priority dates or when I apply for the EAD and AP again.

Hi All,

How common is it that case status information doesn't get updated on uscis website, My lawyer is saying that he has replied my RFE begining of last week but my case status hasn't get updated yet. I am kinda worried now, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Update for RFE

Just wait for few days. This happened to me recently. Dont worry, they will update within few days.

Could you please tell me any rough idea about how many days..because my 84 days which generally USCIS gives to respond the RFE is getting over coming tuesday, so I am not sure what to do ..
Your idea will give me little relaxation.

Is it 84 days or 3 months. Because I got RFE on 03/09 and lawyer responded to it on last friday. Please clarify.

My I-140 and I-485 (concurrent) have been approved on June 1 2005.

I-140+I485 RD: 12/3/2004
I-140 LUD: 12/10/2005 (no message)
FP: May 2, 2005
FP LUD: May 3, 2005 (no message)
I-140 AD: June 1, 2005
I-485 AD: June 1, 2005

No RFE

I am not too sure but my friends lawyer told me it's 84 days, but don't panic before talking to your own lawyer.
And also stay in touch because your case is almost same as mine...so we can share the info.
