Hi NoGc,

No RFE at all.

Yesterday I also got approval for I-485!
There were a lot of e-mails yesterday (about 12) that I-140, 485 approved and that a new card was ordered.

I am enjoying my freedom!
 
No fp notice received yet. I see that most of them who have applied with my time frame have received fp notices. Do I need to call VSC or can I do something to speed up.

Pleaseee Pleasee advice.

I am also applied for I-140 and I-485 in 12/2004. There is no update in I-140 and i have not received FP notice.

Please advice.

You would receive shortly. I have received mine, waiting on spouses FP notice.

Any body has any info. how much time CIS is taking to make a decision on I-140 once they receive the response for RFE...

I am sorry for the delay with my answer.

My category was EB2 - National Interest Waiver (labor certification is not needed for NIW).

Me and my family have already received plastic green cards in 10 days after I-140 and I-485 approvals.

Thanks a lot everybody for congratulations.
I wish everybody approvals soon.

I got my I-140 approved yesterday. There was not LUD after Receipt Notice. Then yesterday LUD changed with the approval message.

Hello All,

Does anyone received I485 approval notice(s) atleast who filed in 12/2004 (Sub. Labor).

Everyone know that before 10/01/2005 EB3 will not receive cards ....

My 140 approved in 01/2005 abd LUD 08/2005 but no matter change.

Check to see does anyone had similar experience with their application.
