Decemeber 2004 Applicant for I-140 / 485

Hello There, I've received FP appointment notice today from my attorney's office, scheduled on April.

I also filed my I-140 and I-485 in December 2004.

PLEASE DISREGARD AND ABANDON THIS FORUM!

There is a critical mass of individuals updating their information on the other forrum called 2004 Tracker - THIS IS THE FIRST ONE OF THE LIST UNDER VERMONT SERVICE CENTER (i-140) Some of us are also updating all the information in an Excel Spreadsheet with summary information to keep track of the total time its taking for approvals of each of the applications.

No spouse EAD and AP

I have applied for EAD/AP/140/485 on 12/22/04 but ND for me 1/6/05
and my wifes 1/24/05

I got my EAD, AP and 140 approvals. She didnot receive any I have seen 3 LUDs on her AP and EAD on 2/21, 2/22 , 2/23

Should I call USCIS or is it normal to have hers arrive later. She is on her OPT EAD now.
 
Guys,

Received the finger print notice and it's been scheduled for 04/14/2005 for both me and my spouse.

Any updates with your I-140 ? I am still wating for that..no LUD for I-140.

Since your was very close to mine, I am expecting the approval to happen within a day or two.

Anybody else with RD 12/30/04 ???

Your dates very similar to mine. Please post here if there is any update on 140. LUD is Last updated Date (For my 140 it is 03/07/2005 )

As of today I am still waiting to see any upated info on 140.

It appears that cases filed fbefore Dec 31, 2004 concurrently are being processed in a different channel than those filed in 2005.

A couple of my friends filed 140 in January and got 140 approval in 14 days.

Does anybody have any other info about these two different channels going on for 140 processing?
 
Does anybody have idea, what will happen after finger printing, I mean will service center gets the finger printing report immd. or does it takes 3,4,5,6 months to reach it to service center. Will that make my I-140 somewhere closer.....

Questions is, When should I expect an approval on my 485? Any Idea.

rvepra - not sure on the channels but curious to see answers from others

here is my info.
EB3/Sub. from retro countries; i140 separatly filed; RD 12/21/04 ND 12/27/04; No any update to date. LUD 12/30/04...

When is your LUD?

p.s. I posted same info. in the bigger thread ie 2004 tracker...
 
Looks like quite a lot of people have the same issue here...no wonder some people say processing time on USCIS website is not accurate.

Was you LUD because of 485 activities (e.g. FP, EAD AP etc.) or purely related to 140? I didn't file 485 concurrently and so far the LUD remains 12/30/04...
 
It may have been related to FP, EAD. I am not sure but i did get EAD and FP around that time; But would they be reflected as LUDs on 140 I am not sure
