Congrat's. My situation is getting more n more tensionized, on march 16th USCIS issued RFE on both 140 and 485, my lawyer got the RFE for 140 but he didn't get any RFE for 485. Any ideas...Is it possible actually there is no RFE specific for 485, it's just they updated the LUD for 485 too as they have issued RFE for 140.
Any ideas...suggesstions..

May be you are right, but, usually they are two different department processing I140 and 485 applications. Hope it is a minor RFE for your 485.

Thats what it seems like, I am still waiting for my approval(Dec 2004), while two other(Jan 2005) from my comany have gotten approval and one REF on 2005 case. :confused:
 
Another change in my status, my I-131 got approved today and I also came to know about 485 RFE. USCIS is asking for my tax returns for last 2 years + pay stubs + 1099 INT.
 
Finally received my wifes EAD approval email

Just now , received my wifes 765 approval emails. I have received 4 email messages with same content, approved and card ordered emails. I thought we are supposed to receive only 2 emails.

Now a days they are generouse..
 
Look at my timelines.

Can I expect quick 485 approval ? or will have to wait for 4-5 months ?

Based on your FP code=?? & your LC's PD=??.
If it is code=3, & LC=in 2001 or earlier, be ready to celebrate soon next few weeks.

mine is EB2, so PD does'nt make any difference, is'nt it ?

also, How can I find out my FP Code please?

Look in the FP notice it is there.
PD is important, but USCIS could process it irrespective of PD

I-765 ND: 12/13/2004 AD: 01/06/2005 (Primary)
AD: Spouse - waiting (approved IEAD on 04/22/2005)

FP Scheduled and Completed on 04/14/2005

I-485 ND: 12/13/2005

PrimaryLUD's : 04/14/2005,04/15/2005,04/20/2005 with FP received message
Spouse LUD's: 04/14/2005,04/15/2005 no message Change

I have not received an FP notice. Most of my friends who had applied around the same time have received. Any ideas??
 
Looks like peoples are getting lot of approvals, I am still waiting for my lawyer to reply my RFE for I-140:

Does any body has any idea, how many days get it take to get I-140 decision once you reply the RFE ?
