I don't know yet about How years is the EAD. i will let you know as soon as i receive the card

Ok then depends upon the INS local office's schedule

Received the EAD Card for myself and for my wife. Waiting for the AP Approval Notice

EAD is valid for one year. EB3, yes from Retrogewssed country

Hello All,
For those of you who received the FP notice from NSC does the notice have the PD printed on it ?
My FP notice has the PD printed but it is same as the receive date which is in Dec 2004 where as my actual PD is 4/2001 did anybody else see this ?

Hi Veryblue,
Don't worry about that much. When attorney submits the application 140 & 485 it clearly says Priority date is ******. Mine FP receipt also showing 12/27/2004 as prioirity date checked with attorney and he said they will fill up that section like that. Your PD is older than my PD. But both RD and ND are exactly same. Hope this helps.

Can any one tell me about the Notice Date in FP Notice? For me it printed as January 28,2000. My PD is June 2002.
