Dallas BEC Approval Queue Tracker

The data is from www.flcdatacenter.com. These are cases which received in regional office so we don't have SWA pending cases by month (which may change this tracker)..

Also please can you share more info on "confirmed info about RIR approvals from upto sept 2002"

thanks for the site gp, i'll poke around with it later and see if there is any useful inferences i can make out of the data available on it. so far, i've been only been groping around trying to figure this out, just the same as most people here.

the info about RIR approvals is information from my company lawyers and immigration attorneys who are tracking our cases.

Seems like everyone is lil upset with the way the queue is moving and not many approvals. I tried updating Zainy's queue tracker with all the info we have and last update from Icarus.
I ignored the 2003 Jan approval and considered July'02 approval as the last approval seen from Dallas BEC.

My two cents to keep up the hope....

Dear Gurus,

I am confused. This list just accounts for 50000 cases. The backlog centers have reported that they have received more than 3,40,000 cases. So, are you guys saying that the rest 3,00,000 cases are SWA cases ('not reached regional' cases???)

Please advise.

Thanks

Also, the April 2001 number of cases seems to be unusually large... around 5500 cases??????... This does not go along with the other cases around that period which is in 100s not 1000s...

Any insights???/

Thanks..

Queue represents RIR regional DOL cases

Correct me if Iam wrong... This queue represents RIR cases that had cleared state level and entered into regional DOL.

This queue was originally created by Zany and I just tried updating it recently since no one was interested in updating this.

I am a silent watcher of this forum...I am VERY very happy today and I thought It is fair to share my happyness with you ALL....I got my labor certified and details are:

PD: OCT, 2001
ETA# D-*****-*****
Dallas recieved: Jan, 2003
45 day letter:- Jan 2005
Labor approved: Apr 2005

I came to know today only......When I talk to my Attorney he said though it was certified on Apr 2005...It took 2 months to get the confirmation.....

Its only 50K because its only RIR cases which ware received at regional office before Sept-2003 & not processed yet.. 300K cases at backlog includes this 50K plus RIR cases which never made to regional AND all the NON RIR cases..

Also 5500 cases in April 2001 is due to 245i...The total number of case filed in April 2001 is about 70K...

Rohan M your case is RIR or NON-RIR ?

2001 April was last day to file to get the benefit 245(K). All the people who had status problems file the cases during that month. That is the reason all Labor processing dates are clogged up in April 2001.

Congrats

Congrats Rohan. All the very best on your next stages towards GC:)
Can you please share with us as to whether you are RIR or non-RIR and EB2 or EB3.

Thanks

Guys:

Got word from my attorney that he received his first LC approval today. It is an RIR case with PD of 08/20/2002 filed with TWC. Looks like the approval queue is around July/Aug 20002 for RIRs.

Approvals as per the 45-day letter!

With all these approvals, I can only make one deduction that the approvals are coming in accordance with the 45-day letter and not based on when you first filed(PD). So far all the approvals I am seeing are for people who recieved 45-day letter during Jan '05 and not after.

Please let me know if we have any such case, so i can throw away my assumptions.

they are based on PD ONLY. My PD is June 6th 2002 and we replied to the letter in Jan05, nothing yet and not expecting anything this early??
