My Processcing type originally was RIR, the lawyers informed me that had converted it to Traditional in 2003. But is seems like DOL anyways processed it as RIR. And thats what shows up on their website when I enter my case number.

i'm really debating whether to convert TR to RIR or stay the same track.
my lawyer sent out email last few days stating my case was filed as RIR and whether it is by mistake or it will stay in TR to make decision for conversion.
hvn't heard anything from them yet. and next monday is deadline for it.
so its getting hard to finalize.
don't know what to do.....

Good to see a flurry of approvals being posted again. Approval postings had become rare over the last month or two. I guess DBEC folks are back from their holidays!

Congratulations to all those getting approvals, it's a big sigh of relief. And good luck to the 140,000 or so still in process as per the December 2006 update from the BECs.

But I have one question if any one can reply
My company's Headquarter is moved from one county to another county in same state
My LC is approved at old address and we have to file I-140 at new address. Is there any problem ? because technically company moved to new location before approval of my LC and company never followed up for change of address with DOL
Please advise

You need to check with your lawyer. Just because your labor is approved, doesnt mean that you are allowed to change job location. In some cases, even though its a change from one county to another, if the job markets are very similar ( lawyers are the best people to prove it ), you may be able to continue with your labor.

Certified finally!

Online status for my case finally changed to "certified" this morning. It was "in process" as of Friday. Couldn't believe my eyes, they were used to seeing "in process" every day for the last several months - checked a few times to confirm whether I had entered the right case number!

Will file a regular I-140 and wait for the I-485 priority dates to reach my priority date. No point spending extra money for premium processing of I-140.

Any rough estimates of the I-140 processing times these days?

Btw, this forum was extremely helpful! Good luck to all those waiting for their approvals. Things definitely seem to have picked up pace in the last week or so after the holidays.

I think DBEC is certifing pattern right now is by the date of 45 day letter
answered. Most of the recent approvals answered 45 day letter in March
to July 2006 period. You will get your approval any time now.
They also approving few pending RIR Cases answered 45 day letter in 2005.
