You should recv LC certified notice in few days

I got the same email from the DBEC when my attroney enquired about the status and few days later i recvd the notification letter at home. Certified letter was recvd by attornery a couple of days later..

How long does it take to receive the letter?

In my case it took BEC 2 days to reopen it. I think the confirmation email that your case has been reopened will serve as the same purpose, therefore no more 45day letter will be re-issued. But you may want to double check with your attorney to make sure.

Labor Approved!

Hi Everybody!

Just wanted to let you know that my labor was approved on August 1 (I received notification from the lawyers on September 6!). Details follow:

MI RIR EB2
PD: June 8, 2004
RD: Never made it
45 Day Letter Received: June 27, 2006
45 Day Letter Replied: July 13, 2006
Labor Approved: August 1, 2006
Received notification from lawyers: September 6, 2006

Any 2001 Case getting approved?

My PD is 07/02/2001. Any older cases like 2001 getting approved?

I have a hard time getting enquired about my case status through company attorney. Is there any way to get case update on our own or new attorney?

don't worry we're in the same boat here.
my pd is aug. 2001.
i made inquiry with my lawyer asking to contact and he got email stating my case is in data review.
don't know whats that mean.
i did recieve 45letter on jan.2006 and replied within few days and still waiting....................

this is completely killing all of us.

Status Check

The status Check site is up and I checked for a case of friend who got approval three months ago. it shows correct status. Looks like we are getting now "Live status".

In-process for me

For mine it displays ...

In Process = The case is currently being worked on or in the queue ready to be worked on.

Perhaps In process.

As my employer ever made a request on my case in July. Their response is:

"data review has been completed on the above subject case and it is currently awaiting further review..."

Now my case is under 'in process'... I guess it is closer to a decision.

Mine too shows 'IN PROCESS'. It was DATA REVIEW couple months ago..

I agree. The data is more reasonable than a couple days ago. My status was "not found" but now is "data review," considering mine was just reopened two weeks ago it is probably where it should be. Also checked a random case close to mine and it said "certified"
