Hello,

Did you contact yourself or your attorney/employer ? Did you receive screenshot attached to your email or just email with the status?

recently i got the status of my case by e-mailing DBEC.but the thing is my case number is D-05111-xxxxx and i have seen many approvals with case number D-05100 and and D-052xxx also .the status mail said that waiting for review from officer .what does it really mean i am very confused as 45 day letter is answered long back shudnt it be final review by now.

I have been holding off on posting to this forum hoping that my turn will come sooner or later . But, after almost 3 years and 3months later, i give in. I have enormous respect for your knowledge and insight into DBEC matters and have seen many of your predictions come true. Please make this poor soul happy by replying to this post.
My PD is 02/03 (Feb,03) : EB2/RIR,CO . Till this day, i haven't heard anything from DBEC. Not even the 45 day letter. My lawyers and the paralegals are an insult to the mankind. I haven't seen even a tiny bit of humanity in them. All i hear from them is the usual mumbo-jumbo about the delays in DBEC . To make the matters worse, i am not even allowed to talk or email them directly. Every thing has to be routed through the manager. No matter how understanding your boss is, it still doesn't feel right to approach him every time i have a question for the lawyers. The morons they are, the attorneys even refuse to get a screen shot from the DBEC. All my emails to DBEC yielded no results .
Given my situation(or should i say, desperation?), when can i expect the 45 day letter? I know expecting FIFO processing(or for that matter, any rational behavior) from DBEC would be plain stupidity. I have seen out of turn approvals right here in my company and have long made peace with it.

Did your attorney filed case from CO ?

Did you get 7th year screenshot from DBEC ?
If yes please provide first 5 digits of your case number and first letter of your case. If no send request to Philly

Are you sure that your case never went to Region ?
Colorado SWA processed PD 02/2003 RIR cases and Denver Region cases with FD 01/2005.

I contacted the DBEC myself.I always do this myself so that i know the lawyer is not keeping me out of the loop.from screen shot i came to know i got the 45 day letter seeing the screen shot i asked the lawyer he then confirmed it.its always better to keep checking ourselves as far as possible.but inspite of all this i have no way of knowing whether i am approved as i moved and lawyer is being changed .any ways of knowing about approval .any inputs.

Hi SFMARS... any guess whats going on with my case. My Labour with PD 13 june 03 from Dallas, is still pending. I do notice that many cases seems to have approved with Pd much later than mines. I got the Screen Shot which says DATA REVIEW. I have couple of friends who had a same PD as of mine got their LC approved few weeks back. As ususal my laywer sings the song -- that everything with DBEC is un predictable. running for my 8th yr extension. I am sort of getting frustrated, but still hanging in there with HOPE!! Got my 45 day letter during jan 2005 and replied with in a week.. and from then on waiting....... I was hoping that i will have my LC approved since couple of my friends got their approved apprximately 4 to 6 weeks back...

I sent emails to both phili and dallas requesting a screen shot for the 7th year extension . No replies from either centers. Per your suggestion, i fired off another email to Phili(h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us) today. Is that the right mail id? I am asking it because i saw some postings about folks receving atleast an automated response and in my case there was no response. Please let me know if there is any other way to get the screen shot. I don't want to wait another two years just to be told that my application is no where to be found!! While complaining about my case, i do realize that there are people with PDs in 2001 and 2002 who haven't heard received their 45 day letters either. Hopefully, BECs deliver on their promise of entering all the applications by this June end.

Good, I would recommend to use work e-mail address and very detailed signature in the mail (telephone, address, title and company).

With no ill intention to SFMARS or anyone else, although many of us (incl. me) are trying to predict 45 DL dates... there doesnt seem to be much of a pattern.. I have actually invented a new processing term that could might describe it.. FIRO (First In Random Out)..

prevailing wage?

Finally my lawyer got a screenshot for me. I found out the rate of pay in the screenshot is slightly lower than the prevailing wage. According to the lawyer, it is OK because at the time of filing DOL allows 5% variance. My current pay is higher than the prevailing wage. Anyone has experience with this issue. Is it better to update DBEC with my current pay or just leave it as it is as the lawyer suggests?

Also, what does "Data Review" mean? How much longer do I have to wait for the appoval?

Your PD RD category and company name your name as in labor petition.everything u know .tell me after u get a response even i will send for one.
