You may give it a try.

Also, I had sent status request to status@DAL.DFLC.US on my own, but I received a message that only employer or attorney can request status. I received this message within 2-3 business days.

I am monit0ring this forum for some time and till now i did not come accross any Kansas case? Did any body have any idea where does Kansas cases stands as of now.

my case details are:

ETA: D-0501X-XXXXX
Date of Processing : July 03,2004
45 Days letter recieved on 06/01/2005
Replied on 06/17/2005
Applied from Kansas - state cleared.
now in Dallas Backlog center.

I hope some one would be definetly with me in same boat.

State:MI

No 45 Day letter yet.
My lawyer tells me that the Dallas Backlog Center has not yet opened boxes from Mar-2005.

Did anyone who has the same PD receive a 45 day letter from DBRC

How long will it take for the Labor to be approved after we resond to 45 day letter.

Is there anyway we can call the Backlog Center and ask for a status

Any info is greatly appreciated.
 
I am in the same boat

I am also in MI and PD is Dec 2004. No 45 day letter, no reply - Just Nothing!
Should we send inquiry to DBEC?

Check this there are many like you PBEC is sending 45 Day letters but DBEC is very very slow. There is no FIFO.

What is the approval date of your labor?and also can u give your ETA
becoz my PD is also May 24 2004 EB2 RIR and 45 day letter -oct 2005 .Approval waiting :confused:

RajWaitingonLCA - It is strange, He has very strange case number for his PD 12/31/03 D-05145-XXXXX
It was entered to the DBEC database some time at the end of May 2005 as SWA,
I believe DBEC finished entering Reginal cases at the April, and Regional from CA
at the end of February 2005 got 45DL. I would say that DBEC treats his case as SWA.
But anyway it is not very bad for him, I believe he will be certified within next 5 months anyway.


immm, RIR_CA_1001, VISLI_COM, jhegde, inneedofgc - I believe they will get decision soon,
anyway it is not time for them to be in panic now.
DBEC has finished most of CA RIR Regional cases but I think
some of them (some problematic) can certified with SWA people.


factfinder, patience13, LaborCA, june_16 - I would recommend them to get their screenshots to say something about them
each situation can be specific.

I requested & recieved a screenshot in OCT'05 with DATA REVIEW as my case status..
All the fields were correctly filled. My case recived date is Oct'04 on the screenshot(I dont know what that means).
My State was cleared and moved to Regional. I also confirmed this from the fldc database.
My PD is May'03 and RD is April'04. I recieved the 45DL in Feb'05 and replied right away.
Rest of the my case details is CA-RIR-EB3, D-04300-2xxxx.

Can you now throw some light on my case?

See me signature -- I wouldn't worry. Remember, even if we had our LC, we are stuck in the next line.

looks like the target end date is 18 months away. Hopefully by that time the next stages will be current and processed within 6 months!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Maybe the end of the line is 24 months max for ALL of us, unless - the next stage is inundated with hundreds of thousands of applications for I-140 & I-485, and they turn into 2-6 year long nightmares.

Somebody, PLEASE tell me that I am wrong --> that even if Congress acts, the flood of applications will be impossible to handle -- note, I do not remember too much discussion of this overflow issue at the next stage.
 
sorry for late reply, I didnt visit here for last week.
my screenshot is most recent one. I didnt ask for screenshot before 45DL, so I dont know what changed after my lawyer replied 45DL.

Have any idea about KS cases?

45 day letter answered in Oct 2005.Any inputs.
I am worried as i have seen quite a few approvals from May 2004 .

I can repeat again that my impression is that you have SWA case and that was typo when you saw Case Source: Region in the 7th year screen.
My screenshot says also Case Source: Region, although MI stopped to clear the cases with PD < 10/2003, and my friend in TX with PD 12/2004 has Case Source: Region

So your case is going to be treated by DBEC as RIR SWA.

This is my personal own opinion and I would like to be wrong (regarding your case) but I think that I am right.
