If any one clarify this that would be appreciated. Do you think it is OK if I send email to DBEC to get latest copy of screen shot using the following email address. My attorney also sent request two weeks back but we did not receive any response yet.
status@DAL.DFLC.US
Thanks !

Since DBEC started to certify SWA cases, I think your case does not have advantage as RIR Regional anymore. We can see that DBEC certifies more and more SWA cases, I do not want to scare you but I think if some even RIR Regional cases with PD > 01/2004 are not cleared by June 2006 they may have to expect significant delay. (Do not take it very seriously because it is my opinion only).

Could somebody please estimate the time to approval for my case?
EB-2 RIR Ohio
PD: 11/29/2004
got 45 day letter and responded in April 2005.
Also, does the date of 45 DL indicate something?
Does somebody else have a similar case from Ohio? Also, are there cases that are filed under EB-2 and they get lowered to EB-3?
Thanks a lot and appreciate any response,

From unofficial sources I heard they were working on April-May 2004. I just wanted to double check on this forum. However, now, that you're telling me this is really strange.
Best wishes to everyone!

So accordingly maybe mine is processed already right. My case didnt have any problems on the way lawyer did a good job .so it cleared state and went to regional and from there to DBEC.responded to 45 day letter too.Just have to wait for the magical letter from DBEC.But the thing is i moved from the place where i filed the labor So i am not even sure i will get the letter .So relying blindly on lawyer.gc_kid said:The processing is currently going on is April-May 2004, not totaly sure but it is kind of true. Actually my PD is April 2004 and mine got approved in Feb 2 and my friend's PD is MArch 2004 and he got the approval on last week of Jan. So i feel the dates are moving correctly. May be i think some cases are getting left over. Keep your fingers crossed, good luck.
