March 25, 2005 labor approved

Hey guys,
Hold your breath. My labor got approved today. It is approved in less than one year!!!!!!!!!!! Here are the details:

PD - March, 25, 2005
45 day letter - Sept. 10, 2005.
Category - EB3 RIR
State - Dallas, TX
Labor Cleared - Feb. 10, 2006.

Murty.
Man... he must be joking or as i have read in some earlier post..somebody called canadian dream with EB2/TX/ 12-2004 got approved. his explanation was ...might be test in which a senior officer picks up a random application and shows to contractors how to process it.... well being in IT you have to give an explanation to every phenomenon...

make sure to check u r mails boxes on daily basis ...u might be the luck gunie pig:)
anyways good news..

Hello Attorney_6,
It was truely amazing to see my approval. Just to give some idea, my company filed a total of three labor certs on March 25th, 2005 and all three got approved. May be our applications are in the magic box with a special make-up!!!

Wish the rest of the gang very best with this endless process.

Murty.

well than i have an explanation for that too...they are following LIFO method. they guessed they can't do FIFO as they have misplaced and messed up everything.
In any case they are 100 people there ...working 5 applicatioins per day...how long can they delay. 100 * 5 * 300 days... just a self assuring thought.

jewelhaque:

My attorney requested screenshoot twice by sending mail to:
H1B7YR@DAL.DFLC.US

We received reply (for both requests) within one business day.

You may give it a try.

Also, I had sent status request to status@DAL.DFLC.US on my own, but I received a message that only employer or attorney can request status. I received this message within 2-3 business days.

Hope this helps.

Hello everyone !

If any one clarify this that would be appreciated. Do you think it is OK if I send email to DBEC to get latest copy of screen shot using the following email address. My attorney also sent request two weeks back but we did not receive any response yet.

status@DAL.DFLC.US

Thanks !

ohio case estimate

Greetings to everyone,

Could somebody please estimate the time to approval for my case?

EB-2 RIR Ohio

PD: 11/29/2004

got 45 day letter and responded in April 2005.

Also, does the date of 45 DL indicate something?

Does somebody else have a similar case from Ohio? Also, are there cases that are filed under EB-2 and they get lowered to EB-3?

Thanks a lot and appreciate any response,

for SFMARS

Thanks for the Info.. but I wonder why my case with PD 2/2004 is not cleared where as cases with same PDs are cleared from states like IL,OH,LA,CA,MS..etc.
Do you think State where we are filing from is Matter ??

I would expect within next 3 months. 80% they will make a decision in March 2006. Since DBEC started to certify SWA cases, I think your case does not have advantage as RIR Regional anymore. We can see that DBEC certifies more and more SWA cases, I do not want to scare you but I think if some even RIR Regional cases with PD > 01/2004 are not cleared by June 2006 they may have to expect significant delay. (Do not take it very seriously because it is my opinion only).

Colorado

No improvement in Colorado SWA cases as we know. Out of 11 cases in the tracker only 2 were certified. The LC for FS05 though with PD 07/23/03 got certified. Should have been very lucky?

Hi, AnbuFl,

From unofficial sources I heard they were working on April-May 2004. I just wanted to double check on this forum. However, now, that you're telling me this is really strange.

Best wishes to everyone! :)

Did you happen to know this from calling the DBEC?My PD is from May 2004 I still havent received the approval although the lawyer said he did get approvals for April 2004.Any inputs

This is true

The processing is currently going on is April-May 2004, not totaly sure but it is kind of true. Actually my PD is April 2004 and mine got approved in Feb 2 and my friend's PD is MArch 2004 and he got the approval on last week of Jan. So i feel the dates are moving correctly. May be i think some cases are getting left over. Keep your fingers crossed, good luck.

I hope mine is also done.

So accordingly maybe mine is processed already right. My case didnt have any problems on the way lawyer did a good job .so it cleared state and went to regional and from there to DBEC.responded to 45 day letter too.Just have to wait for the magical letter from DBEC.But the thing is i moved from the place where i filed the labor So i am not even sure i will get the letter .So relying blindly on lawyer.

DBEC in apr-may 2004?

DBEC it is :)

My lawyer confirmed that my LC did end up in DBEC. May not be the norm though as you point out. PD is Apr 2004 .. no 45DL as yet.. dont know when to expect the 45DL or adjudication.. any clues?
