It means...your case is still 'untouched' . They will first have to open it and finish data entry and then issue the 45 day letter. Long way to go like so many of us.

In the case above ,RD - Transferred from State to Regional in 12/7/04 .
"Regional cases went to BECs." - given in the list you provided .

Is my assumption right ?

1)All approvals were for cases that were in Regional pool transferred to BEC
2)No feedback on RIR State Transferred to BEC . No approvals yet ?
3)The Approvals still has something to do with the State were originally filed
(or having less cases in regional Pool ?) .Here WI case approved ,when many from other states with lower PD still missing ?

Please reply , this would help many , i beleive .
(Mine is RIR IOWA PD Aug 04 ,45 day letter on sept 01 2005 )

Congrats on ur approval my PD is Late 5/2004 .According to how DBEC is processing how long before i say the same.Any thoughts? :confused:

Looking at the current numbers and trend, I guess DBEC must have already opened April 04 cases.
Also, (good thing) looks like DBEC must have assigned some of their analyst for non-rir cases too.

My guess is
1. By the end of January, in DBEC, people with April (1st week of April) would get LC approval.

2. We will now see more Non-RIR and SWA cases getting approved.

These are my own gusses. No doc. proof to back it.

My PD is 03/09/04, EB3-RIR and still waiting. My lawyer just sent a mail that no updates yet. On my screenshot, it had said that "Existence Check=Overridden". Does this cause delays to my approval ? Will I get my approval in January or Feb ? Can someone comment.

Its good to see approvals posted by people from March'04 but I am starting to get a bit worried since I havent received any response about my case yet (PD 01/29/04).

My case did have an RFE at state level about prevailing wage and the company/lawyer used a wage survey, which seemingly was accepted by the SWA since the company received a letter soon there after informing clearance from state and forwarding to chicago DOL (sept' 04). A response to 45 day letter was sent promptly in Feb'05. I still have 3 yrs left on my H1 so never did request a screen shot. My lawyer's opinion is wait and watch.

I would appreciate inputs from people with similar situation or any one in general.

I was looking into few postings in this thread and found that currently DBEC is approving LC with PD March '04. Can anyone please let me know if DBEC is now approving case ONLY for "regional" or both "state and regional"

btw, my PD is 3/12/04 - RIR/EB3 - CA, got a screenshot, 4 months back, which stated the "Case source: state". (no news of 45 days letter so far).

cud somebody tell me..wht is the RIR labor applied btw jan 2005 and mar 28(pre-perm) considered..r they considered regional,swa..or wht else..
 
If your case status is "State" which means you have to wait little bit longer.. looks like all the cases ( at least most of the cases) that were approved made to region ..

hey..do they email u once the labor is approved..y did u take so much time to know whn ones with march PD have already known, their labor was approved..

I sent an email to my attorney, asking her how long it is going to take for my labor to clear?
As for as the forum is concerned March cases are approving. If the trend continues we may get our labor by atleast March. Let's wait and see.

she replied like this:

My PD is in March 2003, from Missourri by the way. It made to Chicago in May 2004, and the 45 days letter was replied early April 2005. I am still waiting. Now gurus are talking about PD March 2004. What can I do?
My attornry is extremely unhelpful. I should not use corporate lawyers. Learned the hard way.

your case must be wrongly labelled as a SWA case rather than Regional. Don't worry, SWA people from 2001 are waiting ahead of you who will likely get approved first.

Hi,
My EB2 RIR case filed on April 2004 in IOWA.

my employer told they got letter in may 2005 that case is moved to Dallas BEC.

don't know it is completed at state level or not.
Any one here March/April 2004 PD from IOWA?

And also i sent mail to DBEC 7th year. No reply.
Don't know my case is in State level or Regional level...
