my pd is 11/2004 dallas. no 45 day letter. company attorney doesnt talk. only tries to make money by fooling my company. she said 6000 dollars to convert this case to PERM case.
 
My case is April 7'04, Iowa, RIR made to DOL. My friend's case RIR, Iowa, April' 19. Did not make to DOL. Looks like Iowa cleared cases with PD till 13/15th of April' 04.

What is yout exact PD?
If your case made to DOL, you can expect approval in 2 weeks.

In the case above ,RD - Transferred from State to Regional in 12/7/04 .
"Regional cases went to BECs." - given in the list you provided .

Is my assumption right ?

1)All approvals were for cases that were in Regional pool transferred to BEC

2)No feedback on RIR State Transferred to BEC . No approvals yet ?
..A very few aprovals with PDs 2000 and 2001.
3)The Approvals still has something to do with the State were originally filed
(or having less cases in regional Pool ?) .Here WI case approved ,when many from other states with lower PD still missing ?
..Not like that...dBEC is Processing Regional cases based on PDs. For example, 3/1/04 first and 3/31/04 last. A # of cases are being assigned to an anlyst and that the approval date depends on his/her effeciency of the particular Analyst. So we can see, 3/10/04 sometime is cleared before 3/1/04. And regional case that had query in state level or DOL level or cases which 45DL reply was not received properly/timely or by mistake dBEC has closed the case etc. reason some cases with early PDs have left out. So we see, regional cases that have PDs 2003 are still waiting.
Please reply , this would help many , i beleive .

It is a heartless answer. I am worrying to death. The only tip I can contribute to the forum is do not use corperate attorny, eswpecially if they are from Fragomen from New York. I would pay them to go away.

what do you by saying 2003 PD are still waiting? Is it normal, or you meant there are certain odd cases exist?

Some RIR regional cases with earlier PDs are still waiting due to query in state level or DOL level or cases which 45DL reply was not received properly/timely or by mistake dBEC has closed the case or by mistake dBEC has lebeled the case as 'STATE' etc. reasons.

If one had query in state or DOL level and still waiting with 2003 PD, it is normal but no query but still waiting ---I would be enough concern and would talk to employer/lawyers to find out what is going on.

As I mentioned in my earlier postings, all RIR regional cases with PDs gt than 2/2004 will be cleared by dBEC by end of March max.

...dBEC is sending 45 DL not only DOL cases, STATE cases as well.
45DL letter does not mean that a case will be cleared soon. 45DL is a part of data entry process only.
When a case moved from IOWA to CHICAGO, the lawyer got mails from Iowa.
The lawyer got mail for me (April 7) but not my friend (April 19). So I know that my case moved to DOL and my friends did not.If so,

This is the Archive for 'processing time for state' . All the cases from Iowa was shipped to dBEC on March 2005. So if you see March'05 processing time, you see it says 'shipped to BEC' but if you see the processing time prior to March 05, that is Feb' 05, you see that IOWA is processing April 04 cases. So you can tell that, no case after April 04 was moved to Chicago/DOL for sure.The question is now 'Till what date of April 04 was processed by Iowa. My guess by looking to forum data is 'till April 13/14th.

Got LC approved

Dear friends, I got approval notice on Saturday (Jan 21, 2006) from DBec, state it was approved on Dec 29th 2005. I wish and pray every one og you get such notice who is waiting for it.

1. Can someone tell me can apply I140/485 for it ?
2. Does anyone have list of document should I need to apply I140 ?

Question

Here is my situation:

PD 01 April, 2004
IL SESA
Regional RD: ?
Screen shot requested by me from PBEC indicates case source as Regional
Never received 45 day letter
It is EB3/RIR case

When lawyer requested the screen shot for 7th year extension purposes it indicated a D-05015-59XXX number but the screen shot I get from PBEC indicates T-05015-59XXX number.
Should I consider myself lucky enough that my case source shows REGION so it will be approved soon or unfortunate that since I did not get 45 day letter now my case will be picked up with other State source cases and will be processed in FIFO?

Guys, any suggestions / info will help. Anybody around same PD from IL sesa?

I am new member here. I just joined this forum. I am glad that I found this forum where I can meet with other people who feel my pain.

My PD is 1/26/4. Filed at Michigan. My case didn't make it to Regional.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to get an updated status of my LC at DBEC?

Looks like the approval queue is moving along fine except for these damned Enterject (Texas ) cases.
