They might have entered your case at least partially, so they can look up in the system.

This is what I remember. I may be 80 - 90 % correct with my details. Please check with other people and your lawyer . Your lawyer should know more about this.

1)I have applied this last time to get my 7th year extension 4 months just before my 6th year Visa expired.
2) Same documents that you have used to get the initial LC.
3) The processing time could be anywhere from 3 - 5 months. If you pay some $1400 you may get done in 3 weeks . This is called fast track LC.

Frankly its unfair and unjust that approvals are granted so far ahead while cases so much older, in particular 2001 & 2002 remain not looked at.

Don't hold your breath, partner. They still haven't worked on summer 2002 TX/RIR cases.
 
I-140 Approval Came Today

Just wanted to share with you guys that I got my I-140 approval today at my attorney's office. Ummm .. now what? Hope some legislation is passed in favor of us intelligent people.

Labor certified

I received a letter this afternoon from DBEC. It said my labor has been certified.
My pd is 09/15/2003 from MI. The letter was sent out on Oct. 25th. I have not checked with my attoney yet.

If your case went to Region (Chicago) or not ?

PD April, 2002, RIR EB2, CA, DBEC. No any news so far :( The worse thing is the lawyer of my company even didn't answer my phone and emails on LC requiring :-(

I received the 45 days letter in May 2005. It went to chicago probably on Oct. 2004. I talked to my attorney. He is surprised the DBEC sent the letter to you. He has not received the letter yet. Any idea that when my attorney can receive the hard copy?

Should I feel happy about sept 2003 being processed, and may be in a months time ( if holiday's doesnot affect the pace ) i should see my case to be approved ?

Labor approved without 45 day letter.

Has any received a labor approval who has not received their 45 day letter?
My PD is 09/08/03 and I have not yet got my 45 day letter or the labor approval. Another guy got his labor approved from my company and same job description filed on the same day as mine.
Also is there any way to get information about the 45 day letter.
