I got the Case# from the lawyer. It is D - 05 - 012 - xxxx. Please update it in the tracker database.

Also I saw somewhere in the tracker to interpret this case# something like this case seems to be in Dallas received on 12th day of 2005 ... is that correct ??

Also does the last xxxxx mean anything , in the sense, can anything be interpreted by that # as well ??

Anybody any clues

Your 45 day letter has the case#. Starts with a D-xxxx...check that out

Wish you are right.
But don't be so excited. Pravin's case is a special handling case as he is a 'Health Care Professional'. For us, with PD 11/13/03, it is too early to celebrate.

I agree it is better than nothing

As I know your case is kind of specific, you think that it never went to region and it was forwarded directly from SWA to DBEC. Do you still think that your case is SWA and not regional ?

However you probably only the person who got 45 DL sometime in April or May, being on SWA level when they sent letters only for regional cases. Do you have any update regarding your case ?

One of my colleagues got his LC approval last week. His case was SWA, never forwarded to regional. He received his 45 day letter in July. His PD is Oct 27th 03 filed in Texas.

Goes to show that it is very difficult to fathom what DOL is upto. It has been reduced to luck of the draw....

What is your PD ? It is not clear from your posting.

The funny thing is I was not even informed about the QUERY at that time. I think I got it around Jan/Feb 2004 and from my employer I learnt that they have asked for some company information (employer's information) and nothing regarding my application (neither Ed qual nor experience nor..). This is the best information I have.

I just hate my lawyer. He is hopeless and very unprofessional.

and my PD is 10/30/2003 ( I have printed this in my original posting ).

Curious as to how it was not with Enterject. All cases filed with Texas SWA at that time were contracted to Enterject.

Did it make it to regional?

I am going in december. i think it is the same old set of documents, all h1b approvals, all tax returns, employment letter, paystubs , etc. I will appreciate if some one who has already gone thru this posts a message

There are many many people with priority dates as far back as March 2001 still waiting for something out of Dallas. Just thought this might make you feel better. My PD is November 2002, still waiting, no 45 day letter yet either.

Texas SWA moved last cases to DOL with PD up to 12/2003 sometime in 12/2004. Your friend could not know that his case was cleared by SWA.

SWA probably forgot to inform your company that case of your friend was moved to DOL.

Sorry, misunderstood what "EnterJect" is, I have not info if it was EnterJect.
I am looking into my LC Approval copy.
It shows "Correction Approved by Regional Office" - 9/13/04.
Also it shows Recieved Jan 10 2005 - US Dept of Labor.
