data review black hole

I am in same boat.

I am in the same situation.
My attorney says, when she contacted DBEC regarding my case, they said everything is "OK" with my case. I tried to explain that it should be in "RIR" status to be picked by the RIR analysts, but its in Data Review.

Only assumption I am having at this time is that here was a small correction which they sent with the 45 DL, which is not entered into the system.
It was a silly missing "per year" entery in the wage section.
So looks like they entered the 45D response (or else my case would have been closed) but did not enter the correction, so still sitting in the "data review" status.

I have been trying to find out when they will comeback to enter the data in my case/how and when the status will be changed to "RIR" from "data review", so far no clue.

Anybody has any input, we greatly appeciate..

Anybody who sent corrections letter had similar situation? Anybody has an idea about the DBEC enetered correction data in to the system?

Received letter in the mail today from DFLC BEC, Dallas. Approval Letter dated 28th October, mailed on November 02 and received today.

This has been a very good forum, rich with a lot of information, lots of good number crunching and analysis aswell. Keep up the good work in sprint of all in the queue! Good luck to all.

There has been lots of discussion on this forum about the BEC Case number. Surf through the forum and you will find the details.

D or P --> refers to Dallas or Philidelphia, If the case number starts with D, then the case is processed in Dallas BEC.
05011 --> Your case was entered on the 11th day of year 2005 in the backlog ellimination System.
Last 5 digits are random system generated number..

dBEC Approval Trends

My understanding is that # of dBEC RIR Regional cases will only dramatically come down after completion of PD Feb 2004 cases.
As because CA was processing 2/2004 cases before shipping them to dBEC.

dBEC should be able to process all RIR Regional cases with PD 2/2004+ in at most 2 months.

my screenshot had all the fields completed. that means that the date entry was done.
i think, after the BPC receives the reply back from the employer it goes and changes the case status = RIR which in my case is NOT done yet for some reason which I have no idea...
Once case status = RIR, the FIFO is followed..
my guess....

Ok, my case status is already RIR for a loooong time, according to your theory, it should be in FIFO. However, it is still not approved yet. BTW my PD is July, 2001. any thoughts?
