Friend, please ask your HR rep or attorney - keep pressure on these people. I have seen in many cases (including mine) they won't inform you even if they have received the 45 day letter/approval/other communication from DOL. Thats because of (1) laziness on their part (2) they don't care about you (3) they are overworked. Whatever the case, we are the ones who suffer finally.
So keep inquiring frequently. Its possible you may have received 45DL by now, or likely, is on its way.

In my case, I came to know that the attorney had received and responded 45DL when I requested her to get a screenshot for my case.
Also, the HR lady was quite lazy; she used to take many days even to sign a piece of paper. After I told her that I will complain to her supervisor, she became very cooperative and friendly

Mine was also remanded to TR from RIR.
PD: April 30, 2001
Heard that there is a chance that they might reconsider initial RIR application.
